Our pup is greased lightening in these traction socks….
Wow…These are great! They are high quality and much easier to put on than other dog socks that we have tried. They also go up over the bend of our dog’s rear legs—and stay on better. We also like that the strap is easy to fasten, and that the grip on the bottoms is well made. Our pittie goes running throughout the house in these socks, and loves that she isn’t slipping around. She even runs up and down the stairs in them. They are also great for our hardwood floors. She only wears them indoors. We take her socks off for all walks outdoors, and take them off at bedtime to give her feet time to breathe. I would rate these an overall “10”. Our pup is 55lbs. We measured her paws prior to ordering to make sure that we got the right size (her paw size came up as a medium), and they fit her paws perfectly. We will be buying these again. We (and our floors) thank you for creating these awesome dog socks!

Wouldnât Stay On
I wanted to like these. I bought them for our medium size cattle dog mix. They just didnât stay on. I bought these and another style boot that did not have the high socks like these and they stay put. These just didnât work out for us. Good quality just fit doesnât hold them on well.

Difficult to place correctly on foot- wants to twist
I am not so sure about this. I so want to have them work but they are difficult to get on and get the foot settled in correctly, my dog has a small foot – but I got the right size and still… the rubber part is quite puffy on his foot and wants to move and twist. Itâs good there is a button on the Velcro because it immediately finds the fabric and rips at the threads. Impossible to remove without pulling the threads. Plus, the velcro does not seem to want to pull tight as it needs to- or else I find it difficult to do it on my own without someone else holding it in place. Actually I feel like I need another set of hands to get these on period. I will put an update in once I use them for their purpose which is a visit to my mothers house to wear inside in order not to scratch her floors.

ACCOMPANIES ME EVERYWHERE AS SHE IS MY SERVICE DOG AND THE PAVEMENT AND CONCRETE ARE GETTING MIGHTY HOT!!!!I’VE SEARCHED HIGH AND LOW ALL ON AMAZON FOR A SUMMER BOOT BUT THE SIZE CHARTS ARE A NIGHTMARE TO FIGURE OUT AND MOST SIZES ARE WAY TOO SMALL ANYWAY.OK, THE GOOD, THESE ARRIVED ON TIME AND IN THE TWO SIZES ORDERED KNOWING FULL WELL THAT MOST ALL DOGS’ HIND FEET RUN ONE SIZE SMALLER THAN THEIR FRONT FEET. I FELT INSIDE EACH SOCK TO SEE IF THERE WERE ANY POTENTIAL IRRITANTS AND FOUND NONE! TO MY HAPPY SURPRISE, THE VELCRO AT THE TOP IS ALSO ELASTIC, THIS GOOD FOR TWO REASONS, THEY ARE LONG ENOUGH TO WRAP SEVERAL TIMES AROUND THE TOP AND STRETCH FOR EXTRA COMFORT AS THE PUP MOVES AROUND IN THEM.THE BAD, WELL I ORDERED BOTH LARGE AND XL. THOSE ARE THE LARGEST SIZES THEY MANUFACTURE. IT TOOK ME AN HOUR TO GET ALL FOUR FEET INTO EACH RESPECTIVE SOCK. DOGS LIKE HUMAN CHILDREN LOVE TO CURL UP THEIR TOES. I CINCHED THE ELASTIC & VELCRO DOWN REALLY TIGHT. AFTER I GOT THEM ON HER THERE WAS NO HIGH STEPPING. THEY SEEMED COMFORTABLE TO WEAR BUT I’M CONCERNED ABOUT HOW MUCH HEAT THEY WILL GENERATE WHEN SHE’S IN THEM ALL DAY LONG. A LIGHTER COLORED SOCK WITH THE RUBBER BOTTOM WOULD BE BETTER.THE UGLY, AFTER A FEW TRIPS AROUND THE HOUSE, A POTTY RUN, SHE WANTED TO GO TO BED. AS SOON AS SHE JUMPED UP ON THE BED SHE FIGURED OUT THAT IF SHE KICKED HER FOOT BACKWARD THE DARN THING WOULD START TO COME OFF. MEANING THEY WILL SLIDE DOWN HER LEG AND OFF HER FOOT SO WHEN WE ARE OUT AND ABOUT THESE THINGS WILL ROLL AROUND AND SLIDE DOWN HER LEGS AND EVENTUALLY I CAN SEE THEM BECOMING A TRIP HAZARD FOR HER. WE HAVE YET TO GIVE THEM A GO OUTSIDE FOR A LONG WALK OR RAMBUNCTIOUS RUN/PLAY TIME. WILL TRY TO UPDATE LATER. AS FOR THEIR DURABILITY, THIS TOO SHALL BE UPDATED LATER. Sizing is way off
When it comes to looking for dog boots, itâs more of a miss than a hit. Iâve read some of the reviews about these sock boots not staying on but thought Iâd still give it a try. Measured and ordered the size best fit for my dog only to find out itâs huge! The measurements are NOT accurate. So because of the sizing issue, it kept flying off all four paws. If the measurements were accurate or At least close to what the size chart said, I honestly think these would have fit a lot better and would have stayed on with minor tweaking. Since dogs have bigger paws in front and smaller paws in the back, finding a fitting size for all four will always be difficult, but there are ways to make them fit better as long as the measurements of the boots or socks are more accurate.As for durability, I canât comment since we had it returned. These would be perfect for light strolls. Nothing crazy active as they will definitely tear on the bottom rubber. The inside has a softer cloth like material that was sewn in. Not cushioned. You can have your pet wear socks before wearing these if you like.Other than the my issue. This would have been fine.

These stay on my toy poodle. And he looks comfortable. He has long legs for a toy poodle so im glad they come up high on his leg. For added warmth. Arent waterproof. Bit have come back on the snow and rain and his paws arw mostly dry.

Bought as needed to cover one of our dogs paws. Worked out cheaper to buy a 4pkt.Plus they are waterproof so having the 4 these can also be used as outdoor booties as well as when your dog has a issue.These tick the usual boxes so they are worth purchasing.That said would definitely recommend.

Product is good quality but not made for dogs that donât like to wear booties. They can be removed quite easily.
