Works well – easy to assemble but takes a minute to get set up to use
This pet step works well for getting my arthritic lab into the back of my car. She wasn’t afraid of it at all and figured out how to use it quickly. I think having the carpeted steps and no metal helps. It will really help save her joints! It’s handy, but it does take a minute to get set up to get the dog in/out of the car. It folds up nicely and fits right behind the car seat. It works for several of my furry clients as well when I take them on walks. Pay attention to the weight limit – I’m pushing it a little with my dog, but so far so good.

Item arrived damaged
The product arrived damaged in an unusable state. The box was not damaged, so I can only assume that the wood is extremely delicate.Additionally, the carpeting was frayed to the point where I could see the support beams underneath.

Perfect for my elderly dog
We had previously bought 2 sets of these stairs but taller for our small dogs to be able to get on our beds. I purchased these shorter stairs for my elderly dog so she could get on the couch. She was quick to use them. So relieved. She had hurt her back jumping from the couch and would now wait for someone to get her down. These stairs made it possible for her to go up and down on her own. They are solid and of good quality.

Such a life and back-saver! I searched extensively and finally, thankfully found these.My 75 lb dog is ill and lives car rides. This allows me to take him to the vet, to the pet store he loves or anywhere else. Only steps that fit against backseat of suv.
