Longevity!
I bought this collar in 2018 and itâs now 2024. Itâs been a darn good collar and still going strong. I highly recommend it. The reflective strip is still bright!

Vibrant color and reflectivity…for awhile
Nice bright, visible color and reflective band. This is my 3rd collar, same brand, same color, same size. My dog is 4 yrs old, but is rather active. The collar stays nice until it gets pulled on alot and ages a bit just through regular wear/tear. The reflective band will crack when it gets to this point, but will remain reflective. Washing, scrubbing this collar will also return some of it’s brightness.

Great collar for the price, not a true 28 inch but close enough
Purchased this collar for an outdoor dog. We have a wooded lot and have had some trouble with poachers shooting at night so I wanted to be sure that he could be seen and not mistaken for wildlife at night. This collar is sturdy and well made, thick and the reflective strip is effective. Plastic pieces are sturdy and have held up so far. When size is adjusted it holds the size and does not slip or get looser. My only comment is that the collar is not a true 28 inch. When opened up and laid out to measure yes, it is 28 inches. But that includes the part of the plastic buckle that inserts into the other half so the actual usable size is 27 inches. Not a problem for me but it might make a difference for someone with a larger necked dog.

Cute and durable – great leash for the price!
I don’t know why this does not have more than a 3 star rating. It was SUPER cute and we have been using for almost 6 months for our 11 month old, 80 pound, Great Pyrenees puppy. Yes – some of the skull have rubbed off, but it’s being roughed up by a dog, so that was to be expected, but the pretty hot pink color makes up for it, as well as the durability of it. It seems comfy enough for our pup, that she does not seem to mind it at all. I’d say for the price, this is a cute and great quality collar! I definitely highly recommend it! We also bought the harness, and it has yet to disappoint us!

Durable and BRIGHT
Been using this for over a year, and it’s still super reflective! My dog wouldn’t stay still so it was hard to get a good picture of the reflection, but it definitely still works, the tape is intact, maybe a little worn, bt that’s to be expected. It’s survived roughhousing with another dog who specifically would grab her collar. I’m not sure if there was a defective batch, I’ve seen a lot of complaints about the D-ring breaking, but we have a dog who pulls HARD (enough to almost knock me down, and I am not a weak person) and never had any issues with it.

Nice collar, light but strong, bright but not glaring. Our energetic big dog loves to run. We do all we can to keep him from getting out, but he can hear a door open from anywhere, and show up like lightning from behind, so it has happened. He does come home again shortly, but in the meantime I get chest pain. He loves the road for speed (scary!) and the fields out back where the hunters are, so this is some small piece of mind for a very low price.

Good collar, nice quality for the price.
Good collar. Blindingly bright orange that looks great on my shepherd mix. Reflective strip is very bright.This will be his second. My only complaint is that I wish the color of the color lasted longer. After a few months of daily wear, the orange is pretty faded out and that is one of my peeves, so he had to get a new one. The old one will be relegated to his “work” collar lol.I haven’t had the issues with the reflective tape wearing off like other people. The reflective strip is worn in a place or two, but is mostly still intact, which is big for a collar that has been worn for months, in and out of the water and spent a significant amount of time in the Texas sun.

Best Reflective Dog Collar Iâve Found
This is the second reflective Sassy Dog collar iâve ordered. I ordered one for our Corgi over 1 year ago and itâs still very reflective. We just got a corgi puppy. I was in a rush so I bought a reflective collar at Petco. It wasnât reflective at all! So I ordered this collar and it is just as good as the first one Iâve ordered. Neon colored with a big reflective strip, easy to see at night, plus the collar is well made. Highly recommend!! I ordered small for my corgi puppy and it fits great with lots of room to grow into it.
