Didn’t know how much I needed deep pressure stimulation until I was gifted a weighted blanket I purchased this for my shoulders when I’m not in bed but needing pressure on my shoulders, it’s also great to add pressure to certain points at night without getting too hot or having too much pressure on other parts of my body.

Too heavy and awkward
Edit: I originally gave this 3 stars. I am adding a star for the great customer service outreach.I purchased the 4lb after reading the reviews. I find this way too heavy on my neck and when I try to slip it down a little, it falls off one shoulder or the other. It may be just me because I hate things around my neck (turtlenecks are an absolute not for me) so it might not be as horrible for others.

Great lap blanket
I bought the 4 lb one and it’s too heavy on my shoulders but excellent as a lap blanket. I think I’m going to take this traveling to stay calm when I can’t feasibly take my whole weighted blanket. Putting it on my shoulders is too much pressure for me.Edit: going through security at an airport they think it’s pills and pull it aside. They always give it back but test it for chemicals. That’s the only downside, I like to sleep with it at night and when I travel, the TSA always gets suspicious of it. The glass beeds inside look like pills or something in their x ray machine.

Amazing for Anxiety
Soft and soothing, this weighted neck wrap is just what I need for helping myself relax at night. I am very anxious and restless in the evenings. I have also tried countless techniques to calm down: deep breathing, distracting myself, etc but nothing really works. I “feel” my anxiety and stress mostly in my shoulders, neck and in my chest around my collar bone. I’ve never tried any type of weighted product before and finally decided to pull the trigger. I put this wrap around these areas and it’s like an instant soothing sensation. I also slept with it draped over my neck and shoulder, it felt wonderful! I wish I would have invested in something like this years ago.Edit: Iâve owned this for almost a year (4 lb) and just want to report itâs held up great and itâs STILL amazing for anxiety. It literally helps me fell asleep at night even with racing thoughts. Canât recommend enough!
