Good– until it falls apart.
This was great while it lasted– good size & good weight for our adult daughter– but as others have observed, it’s not very durable. Took less than two months for it to start leaking beads, and the problem is seams fraying rather than just splitting, so no easy fix for it. It did at least last long enough for the slower-shipping axolotl to arrive to replace it.

This was an expensive purchase that I made for my daughter who has a HOST of sensory and emotional regulatory products and it ripped after not even a week. Very disappointed.

Terrible quality. Lasted about a month (just long enough to get passed the warranty window) and the seams split, dumping beads all over. No returns allowed after the 30 day period, apparently. I would have never bought this product if I knew the quality was so poor and the return policy so rigid.

My son was absolutely in love with the frog when his OT clinic had one. I immediately ordered one for him to have at home and within 10 days of opening we had a hole similar to the other posts here. Really disappointed the company hasn’t improved the quality of the product with these reviews. It would be the best out there if the fabric they used didn’t fray so easily. Anyone who had it come apart after the Amazon return window should contact the company directly as they have a 1 year warranty. Waiting for customer service to let me know if I need to pay return shipping if returning directly to the company. Otherwise I’m still thankfully in the window for Amazon free returns. But my son is heartbroken that his best friend is broken

We have gone through three of these in the past couple of months…. the fabric and stitching are not strong enough to last (we have the 5lb frog). The first time it happened, the stitches were popping open in several places, we were able to return it and bought a new one, hoping the first was just defective. Sadly, within two weeks, the second one had the same problem. We were able to return that one as well. Here we are with the third one and now the seams are opening again. This was only ever used in therapy for my son. Never thrown around, dragged about, etc, just used as intended – placed on his lap or shoulder. Unfortunately we are past the window of being able to return it. This item is definitely not worth the hefty price tag – unless the company looks at using a stronger fabric with better stitching.
