Great for older dogs
I bought this coat for my 14 yr old mini aussie. I have some nice over the head coats & sweaters for him but he can no longer bend his legs comfortably to put them on. He’s gotten arthritic. He started to be fearful of putting on sweaters for cold weather walks because it would be painful to bend his legs to get them through the arm holes. So I found this coat on Amazon and have been extremely pleased with it. SO easy to put on. I simply lay it on his back and then velcro the straps under his belly and on his chest and he’s ready for walkies. He is around 25 pounds and I got the large and it fits perfectly. We walk at marymoor dog park every day which can be super muddy and wet. The coat washes easily after our muddy walks. I just make sure the velcro straps are fastened when it goes through the washer and dryer so it doesn’t attach to any other clothes and the velcro stays clear. The velcro has stayed very secure. It’s reversible but I usually keep the furry side up and the fleece side against his fur. Both sides are incredibly soft. I definitely recommend this dog coat. It’s not super exciting looking but it’s warm, well made, secure, good price and super easy to put on which is so nice for older pups.

Great Jacket
My dog is 25 lbs but tends to run longer than most jacket length measurements. I bought the purple large – it fits well. If I were making it myself, I would have added two more inches in length. This is no fault of this product but simply the uniqueness of my dog. It fits perfectly otherwise. The quality is really good and so nice and warm with the double layers. My dog and I are very happy with this Jacket – it is really cute.

Great Doggy Winter Coat
Winter has arrived here in the Mid-West so I sought out a winter coat for our little Mini Goldendoodle. I looked at many reviews in regard to this coat. The price was great. This little coat is very soft and made well. This is great for the reversible feature and has little elastic bands on one side to reinforcement on that side of the coat. I like the dark rust color and the Velcro is very easy to fasten around her neck and belly. My little girl seems to love the comfort and especially, the little extension around the neck to keep her extra warm. I would highly recommend this little doggy coat for purchase and use.

Warm and cozy
Arrived very fast (during Christmas too) exactly as described. This was the first time ordering a dog coat, I had to return unfortunately, too small. I did measure but it did not cover her entire back and I did not like the white Velcro that showed across her chest. I ordered an XL for a 56 pound dog, I thought the XXL would have hung too loose everywhere just to get the coverage on her back. I probably would have kept but except for the huge white Velcro patch across the front. And the only reason I didnât exchange for a larger size was because of the overall colors otherwise I think the XXL would have covered her back and the white Velcro would have been covered and not as obvious. Very nice quality!

My baby is 7.6 lbs and the XS fits perfectly. He loves it and it feels great, supper easy to put on. Velcro is nice and strong.

I like the coat itself. However, my dog hates putting it on for some reason. He’s used to step-in items, and the two rows of velcro seem to upset him, both putting it on and off. But it fits well, is a tiny bit short (but as a Chi/Pug cross his measurements are a bit strange and put him between sizes), and he doesn’t wet it. Seems warm enough for our chill in the Southwest desert; may not be warm enough in colder climates. But it can go over a thin sweater, so you can layer it.All in all, recommend it.

Runs small and not “reversible”
I bought size XXL for my 65lb shar-pei. She’s right in the middle of the suggested size recommendations, but this item is too small in every dimension–short at the back, too tight leg bands, small in girth and neck. Also, I think it is not truly reversible. The hook and look closure would expose her skin to the scratchy, hook side when worn bright blue side out. Or maybe this indicates that the coat is not meant to be adjustable or was just sooo small that the hook and loop tape was left exposed. I wouldn’t want to place that side against her tender skin. Also, the leash hole is very small–too small for the hasp to push through–I had to cut a bigger opening. Cute, but not usable for me.
