Great product for diabetic cats!
Our cat, Zoe, is 12. She was diagnosed with diabetes just before she turned 11. I’ve struggled to find foods and treats under 15 carbs. Zoe loves the Pure Balance Classic Starters, which, like these, are mostly broth with some shredded meat.Zoe only likes one of the Pure Balance Classic Starters flavors, though, so I thought I’d try these out to give her some variety. Unfortunately, Zoe didn’t love them that much. Cats are cats. She’s gotten a lot more picky in the last few years. Or maybe she just has an addiction problem: she’s addicted to one flavor of the Classic Starters. ðAt any rate, it’s not the company’s fault that our cat didn’t love the product. I know I’m taking a personal risk when getting her something new. I have friends with cats who benefit from Zoe’s pickiness. ðThe product itself is a great in between snack for cats who can only have limited carbs each day. Zoe loves food and seems to be constantly begging for it. She gets a 5.5 oz can of wet cat food throughout the day (a teaspoon and a half at a time to keep it fresh). But she’s always wanting something in between, which is where this product (or the Classic Starters in our case) comes in. I give her half a packet twice a day, and that’s enough to satisfy her endless appetite.

I liked the packaging and the variety of flavors. Your delivery is – as always – prompt. My cat really only likes the liquid/broth in any of the cat foods – any brand. But she seems to like most of the Nacho flavors. I don’t give it to her every day as it much more expensive than some other brands.

The ingredients are good but very small
These are much smaller than I thought they would be like half of a small can of cat food. My cat would not eat any of them unfortunately. The cod ones had a lot of fish bones in them which was weird and prob not safe.
