Seems to do what it says. I chose this one bc it was unscented. I’d say that it has a very neutral scent, so I’m happy with it.

Relief
He gets itchy and the skin on his tummy gets red in the summer months. This saved us from having to go to the vet.

Not helpful with allergy “Frito” funky odor
I’ve used this twice over the past few weeks with my dog who is suffering from seasonal allergies.He gets a yeasty, a funky odor that smells a bit like stale corn chips.I read and followed the directions allowing the leather to sit on his skin and coat for about 7 to 10 minutes before rinsing. It definitely cleaned his coat well. It didn’t seem to overly dry out his skin, but he still smelled funky afterwards.

One of my pups has skin issues that pop up seasonally and medicated shampoos are a must. I like this one due to its ingredients as they are good for a range of skin issues. Its odorless so no worries of perfume allergy flare ups. I took a star because it does not lather as easy as others I’ve used. Also, I use a brand that’s less expensive and it seems to be more effective for hot spots and itch. Its still a good quality shampoo that can be beneficial and provides relief.

Great shampoo for hot spots
My dog has hot spots on both sides of his face, under the chin, and neck. This shampoo did the trick. He stopped scratching and his fur grew back.
