Excellent Long Leash for Recall Training and Walking
My pup and I just love this leash! She does have some recall issues, so we use it to train when we are at the park. I love that we have more freedom go at our own pace when we walk. The pup can run ahead, stop, sniff, and then catch up while I continue at my own pace. She comes home more tired than on our normal walks, so it makes our walks more effective and enjoyable! Iâve had it for a while now with no durability issues. I highly recommend!

Sturdy and long
I didnât read the leash laws here and although great length for practicing recall, I canât use it in any public places. Nice and sturdy though.

Finally Found a Good Leash
I had ordered a different brand leash, but it was too thin for my 55 pound dog who likes to pull. Tried again and picked this one – jackpot! Very pleased. Itâs got a nice heft to it; feels like I have control. Clasp is strong. Padded hand loop is comfy to hold. Little extra buckle is nice if you carry doggy bag container. The blue is pretty. Comes with a clicker trainer, which Iâve never used, but that was interesting, maybe look into that. I like a 15 foot leash when I go to parks. Enough length for my dog to have a sniffari, but manageable enough to reel him in quickly when encountering other dog walkers or joggers. Favorite leash Iâve had yet.

Sturdy
This is well made thick and sturdy. You WILL get a leash burn or cut yourself if used the wrong way. I learned the hard way and tried to grab the leash while my dog was running away so not to have it quickly choke him when the leash ran out. Got burned and cut. My fault though.

A real treat for my pup!
I use this leash for our walks in the sub and in the woods. This gives my pup the freedom to sniff and explore a bit while not getting too far away. Sniffing is an important enrichment in the canine world, and this extra long lead makes it much easier on both of us. This gives her some freedom, yet keeps her in range and safe. We are in an area where there is a large bear population so I do not let her run loose, but this is a great alternative. My pup weighs close to 90 lbs and can be a puller at times, but this lead is very sturdy and I have no worries at all using this. I highly recommend

Life-Changing
Updating to add that I donât recommend tying knots in this leash after all. The knots are starting to fray and rot because they get wet and canât properly dry. I still love and recommend this leash though. I will buy another one and not knot it.Original: I adopted a dog from the shelter and had her on the 6-foot leash they gave me, which she was used to using. But once I got her home, she was so nervous in her new environment, she kept holding âitâ (inside and outside). I got the 30-foot leash to see if it would help and it really did! I can tell she feels more independent, more in control of her movements. And now she has a bit of privacy. I loop this leash around my waist for hands free walking. This leash has allowed us to work on recall training as well, and she can even get the zoomies with it!! I also like the bright green color. I know that if sheâs running toward the road and a driver spots her, hopefully they can notice the leash and not think sheâs loose. I also like the reflective strips. Oh and I recommend tying some knots in it like another reviewer suggested. I plan on buying another, longer one soon.
