A fun kibble bowl for the puppy
Our dog is a right scavenger; he’ll eat up anything available to him as quick as the food can make it into his mouth. One of the downsides was how quickly he would eat his breakfast and dinner – on occasion, all of it would come back up because of how quickly he was eating his meal. With the introduction of a slow feeder bowl, he’s taken to eating much slower.This slow feeder bowl is shaped like a triangle. I like the fact that it is unique in this way. What’s also neat is that there are two distinct sections in this bowl, which can be used to offer two different items without mixing. I’m not sure if it’s meant to be a water/food bowl or if the intention was to offer two different food items, but regardless we just serve his meal throughout both sections. All of the extrusions are rounded and don’t seem to bother his nose, tongue or teeth as he navigates the maze to get each piece of his kibble. He regularly lays down in front of his bowl and takes his time now, so I’d say the product is a success 🙂

A great slow feeder! Cute packaging too
This slow feeder is great! Iâm not quite sure how I didnât notice that itâs shaped like a tree, but itâs really cute and the triangle shape is fun, with the color being the expected green. The walls are 2 depths in the feeding area – the bottom is 1.5 inches in height or depth, and the top of the tree is 1.25 inches deep. The sides measure 11 x 11 x 10 inches.The feeder is a rigid plastic with non-slip feet. The feeder does push around the floor a little still since weighs just 10oz empty, but the rubber feet stop most movement. Itâs very easy for my girl to eat from, and doesnât scoot too much, while providing her some easy options to lick around, with lots of easy rounded corners.I recommend this slow feeder for medium and large sized pups! It may seem almost small for XL pups, but might still work.

Works great
This slows my black Lab waaaaaaay down when he’s eating. It holds three cups of dry food plus added water (barely; it would not hold more than that). It takes him about 90 seconds to eat the food–but keep in mind, if that were in a regular bowl, he would eat it in 30 seconds. It is a relief, because bloat is dangerous in dogs, especially Labs, when they eat food or water too fast. They can’t regulate themselves, so it is important to have bowls like this that feed them slowly. It is lightweight which I appreciate since I have back issues. Recommend.

Great Size, Not Such a Slow Feeder
So, I love the size of this bowl because it fits all of my dogâs food without any issues. My complaint is that the texture of the bowl thatâs supposed to make it a slow feeder is so low that it doesnât really work that well with wet food. If you just use dry food this will be a way more convenient option for you. Still a good find but not ideal for wet food

They work. Just not for our cattle dog. Works pretty well for our chihuahua. Some dogs are just too smart for these.

Unique design that is multi functional
This unique design of a triangle is a perfect shaper and size for variety of food and also to spread it around to slow the feeding process. It makes it easy to eat but at the same time slows it down. The quality is great made of a hard plastic. I prefer this thank the clanky loud sound of porcelain. Even the cute box of the same shape makes it very giftable. The added pads stops from slipping as well. Overall I like this and I think my furbaby will as well; she loves the color lavender already 🙂

Not for short snouts
This item item is not a great design for a pug. Our pug was unable to reach any of the food even when holding it down with her paw. I wanted to keep the item so I tried it on our lab. She also had difficulty reaching the food. Rather than slowing them down it caused frustration it would have been better if the design was not shaped like a triangle.
