This is just what my cat needed
Daisy is my cat’s name. She has had a problem for a long time where she would gobble down her dry food like she was starving, then it started absorbing moisture in her stomach, up it came. Recently her health took a turn for the worse. She wanted us to leave her alone and she was scratching herself so hard she was making sores. I started her on this supplement, mixing it with a wet treat. I was concerned she would reject it because she is a picky eater. This was not a problem; I think she enjoys it more with the supplement than without it. Her health is returning, better than before and she no longer eats her dry food like she is staring. No more throwing up. Life extension has already lived up to its name and I highly recommend it.

Makes your cat eat literally anything
Trouble getting meds down? Maybe kitty is a picky eater, perhaps? Maybe your cat is just generally unhealthy and needs a vitamin boost? This product fixes all these problems and most likely more. My cats honestly have it better than most but there are times when it’s either buy the cheap food or run a gamble on diarrhea by giving them human food that has way too much, way too little, or just frankly bad and unhealthy ingredients… This product knocks that cheap cat food up a notch, increasing both the flavor and nutritional value for your precious fur baby…It has a fragrant peanut butter scent with just the slightest hint of floraly notes. My cats seem happier, more energetic, and their poops are tight and easy to clean.

Good Flavor
A few reviews said this helped with their cat eating litter and sad to say, it did not help my elderly cat with his issue. I tried adding this to his wet food everyday, once a day for a month- which he did not mind the taste of- but no dice. I even tried iron drops for pets and an actual clay additive for his food and still nothing curbed his appetite for it smh. Frustratingly, the only solution I’ve found is moving to tofu litter instead of clay which sucks because it is super expensive

Good stuff
I mix this into my 2 cats wet food once or twice a week. (Iâm not made of money, but do want to give them the best I can) And my cats really love it. Itâs clear they prefer the wet food when I mix their vitamins into it. I use this along with a cognitive supplement, and a regular daily multivitamin that I easily crush up. I give one serving of each for my 2 cats to share. And itâs amazing the difference itâs made even though theyâre getting maybe 1/5 of the recommended weekly servings. One tub of this should last me nearly a year. Poops are tight, coats are shiny, teeth are strong, and theyâre much more energetic. I make sure not to buy any food that has synthetic food dye in it and so with this method of care Iâm hoping theyâll live long and happy lives with minimal trips to the vet. I thank the makers of this product very much. Ty ty

My cat prefers the wet food when I mix this in, and itâs obvious he loves the flavor. It took about a month but his coat is so much shinier and softer. Will continue to use and purchase.

Not enough Cat Mix for the money
I don’t like feeding my 3 house cats many of the canned foods available, since they often are filled with vegetables and grains. I know that my cats require much higher amounts of protein than my dogs. So, much of the time, I feed them canned chicken and fish. But, since these cans contain protein from muscle rather than organs, I am concerned that the cats might be missing nutrients that would be in organ meats.I did some research for a nutritional supplement, learned about this product–Life Extensions Cat Mix, and decided to order a jar of it. It came yesterday, and I opened it to feed it to my cats this evening. Boy, was I ever upset to find out that the jar was 2/3s empty!! The jar says the product weighs 100 grams and it probably does, since the just opened jar weighs about 165 grams. I didnât want to weigh just the Cat Mix, though, because the product has the consistency of powdered sugar, and I believed that I would lose much of it if I put it into another bowl to weigh it. Instead, I shook it down as evenly as I could and stuck a ruler into the jar. The jar is 3″ deep. The product just reached the 1″ mark on my ruler!!Now I know the old excuse for an empty space at the top of a box–the product “settled during shipping”. But, even corn flakes, which should have a bigger settling problem since the flakes are not of uniform size and texture, fill more than 3″ of a 9″ box. I expect manufacturers to have enough integrity to put their products into appropriately sized containers so that buyers can judge the quantity they get for the money they pay. This manufacturer doesnât. I donât know if this lack of integrity is also reflected in the quality of this product. What I do know is that I wonât buy it again.

Not enough for the money…
I have a very picky cat. She’ll eat most dry foods, but it’s hard for me to find a decent wet food that she’ll eat consistently. I wanted to find a vitamin that I can add to her wet and dry food ( just in case she goes off her wet) that she will actually eat. She won’t touch treat-like vitamins, so a powder seemed the way to go. I found this product and decided to try it.It seems like it’s got everything I was looking for supplement wise, she’ll eat her food with no hesitation, and it was relatively inexpensive, or so I thought. The amount of powder in the container is absolutely ridiculous. I doubt it could be even close to half full. The scoop was in the very bottom of the container so I had to fish it out. The powder is very fine and almost sticky, so I feel like I wasted a lot just trying you find the scoop. I almost ashtrays end up with yellow powder on my fingers, and it’s very hard to get out of the scoop itself. If I had realized it required refrigeration, I probably wouldn’t have gotten it. I have 5 other cats and a dog, so meal times are already hectic enough without worrying about finding extra containers in the fridge.I’m sure it’s a good product, she hasn’t been on it long enough for me to see any kind of result, but I’m just not sure if I would buy it again.

At first, my cat kept snorting the Cat Mix powder and decided she wouldn’t eat it unless it was mixed with her kibble. I put the powder in her bowl in the morning while it’s empty, and then have the automatic feeder dispense kibble over it throughout the day. By evening time, the powder would be gone. But after about a week, she would lick the powder off the bowl clean as soon as I placed it in the bowl. So I guess she knows how to eat it without snorting it and likes it now!I don’t know if Cat Mix actually does anything yet though since my cat is still young.
