Not sure how I feel about this one
As my title says, I am not sure how I feel about this one.For starters, this product appears easy to use. However, one thing is seeing it in the pictures and another one is making it work. In theory, it would appear to be quite useful but I have been unable to figure it outI have tried adjusting it but I canât get this to make my dogâs legs comfortable enough to help her walk, as this either ends up too low on the leg or restricting the leg movement. I might have ordered the wrong size, although I chose it based on the shown chart, or I am just overthinking its simple design.Other than that, the material is solid and the handle has a comfortable grip, although it would be best if this handle was a bit longer so you donât hand to bend down while holding onto it.I will continue to try to figure it out, as my senior dog needs assistance with getting up and going, so this would be of great help. But until then, I have knocked down a star due to not being able to fully use the product as intended.

Not as easy as it looks
This dog harness lift looked like it would be great for my 50 lb dog who has lumbar stenosis. It arrived well packaged. The harness itself is nice. It’s made from quality materials and looks easy to put on. It’s not, the leg holes are difficult to get properly adjusted, especially since it has to me on your dog to get a proper fit. If your dog is anything like mine, they’re not going to stand still for that. My husband made a good point, this just doesn’t seem like a product that should be weight/size based. Instead, it would do better to be breed based. a 50lb English Bulldog is going to fit a lot differently than say a 50lb lab. In the end, we weren’t comfortable enough with the fit to use it. Our concern was making the stenosis more painful for him with an improper fit.It’s a nice enough product, just wasn’t for us.

I wish I could use this
This harness is so confusing to put on. I tried multipe times and I couldn’t get it. It could just be a “me” problem, but I have a 55lb Pitbull and I got a Medium based on the size chart. However, I think going with a Large would have been better.

Quick to put on
This works well for our dog that needs some help with his hind legs. He weighs around 45 to 50 pounds, I ordered the medium size, and it fits him with all the straps as loose as they can be. If your dog is any larger, I think the Large size would be needed. It can be tricky to get the harness situated. The straps tend to flip over and the top (where the handle is) needs to be adjusted a few times before itâs in the right place. The padded straps that go under the legs should be as high up as possible, otherwise lifting up on it would spread their legs apart. The strap that attaches to their collar is elastic and it does help keep the harness from sliding down. I wouldnât suggest leaving this on the dog all the time because the leg straps will probably get misadjusted when they sit down.We also have a full body harness thatâs definitely more secure, but this smaller one is much easier to put on in a hurry. We found that our dog was more patient about having us put on this smaller harness. Overall Iâm happy with this and would recommend it.

This LIANZIMAU Dog Lift Harness for Large Dogs a simple strap with two leg holes, a handle on top, and an elastic peice which will connect to the dogs collar to keep the strap secure around your pets legs.I put it on my 65lb 13 year old dog and it didn’t bother him at all; I think he liked having a helping hand for his arthritic legs. Once connected to his collar, he made no complaints about it.4 stars because the lifting handle is just a piece of thin webbing; a handle should have something more to grab onto rather than what is there.
