Customers say
Customers find the animal harness helpful for helping their pets with walking issues. It’s well-made and effective, helping them up stairs or lift heavy dogs. Many consider it a good value for the money. The harness is easy to use and the quality is good. However, some customers report that the size runs small or too tight for large dogs, especially those over 60 pounds.

Not for large MALE dogs with deep chest and skinny butt
Item is durable BUT for my Boxer pit bull mix with a deep chest bad knees and skinny but and rather large male parts ( YES he’s been neutered ) the sling slides down his chest to cut his male part in a very uncomfortable way .He occasionally needs support for his rear legs having ligament tears in each knee and now has bone cancer in his front right leg so this is totally useless for BIG MALE DOGS WITH A DEEP CHEST .otherwise it would have been excellent . if he were a she or even more evenly proportioned . I only use it for emergencies and more recently when he injured his front leg leaving him with only one good leg it came in handy to get him back to the car with a chest harness and another person to carry his other end . For females it will be great im sure , its water proof lightweight easy to store and clean and strong enough for an extra large 75 lb dogJust gotta make sure it doesn’t cut his genitalia off .

Inexpensive dog sling made of good quality!
Ordered this for our 13 year old Australian Cattle Dog. He has been having issues for the past year with his hind legs. I was very impressed by the quality of materials for the sling. This works good for walks in order to keep the dog somewhat active. If your looking for something to lift the dog then I would recommend something that supports the front and hind legs. I can use the sling to lift his hind legs and then use my other arm to lift him from the front and that seems to work.

Not Useful
I started noticing my 14 year dog was having issues getting up due to her hind legs. After doing a bit of research, I bought this sling in 2022. This year is when I started using the sling because my dog was having difficulty going down the stairs. Her hind legs slipped out of the sling, and she would have fallen down the stairs had I not caught her. I ended up buying a full body harness with straps, which is more better than the sling. I don’t see any other use for this sling.

Too small
Product was much smaller than I expected. I measured my dog before I ordered to make sure I got the right size, but the Velcro barely touches. My dog hates it too, but I expected that. The quality seems good. I would’ve been happy with it if only it fit.

Support Sling – Buy this BEFORE you ever actually need it
I have a 14 year old, 60lb Golden mix. He recently had to get a spinal tap, MRI and CT scan as we are looking into some health issues that suddenly popped up. Our vet recommended we look for a support harness/sling prior to him going under anesthesia so we could help him if he needed it. So glad we took his advice. He had a really hard time after the tests and the first 24 hours were brutal. He wasnt able to support himself using his back legs at all or even walk unassisted or get himself up. The harness made it possible for us to help him during his recovery. It slipped easily under his stomach and despite him being a bit on the crankier side (he has a bit of Chow in him as well,) he didnt have a problem with us using it on him. Once he realized we were helping, he was fine with us using it to walk him outside when he needed to relieve himself. While our guy has done a lot better this last week, he still hasn’t got back to where he was pre-spinal tap etc. He has had some very wobbly times and some difficulty getting up and we have continued to use the sling when he needs it.If you have an older dog, I would recommend buying this harness BEFORE you ever actually need it. It would give you the chance to get your pet familiar with it and then if or when you DO need it, you already have it on hand. It would be useful to help older and larger dogs up stairs or into the car when they start struggling or its recommended they no longer attempt these things on their own.The product itself is well made. No issues with stitching and the handles are a good length to hold for any amount of time. 5 stars.

Great for the money.
So I have a 13 year old girl that has old dog syndrome aka vertigo. When she has these attacks, she can’t walk, gets nauseous, panics because she doesn’t understand. This works great for a lift assist for a 50+ lb dog. My vet even admired it. I do wish it was wider but still worth the money. Easy to use. Very important as if you can’t easily put it on your dog, it is useless.

Male Wheaton Terrier
Purchased for our 12 year old male 42 lb dog. It is easy to use, but it moves around too much to be functional all the time. It does what it is suppose to do, and I thing the reality is unless you purchase a harness with a handle the outcome of all of these products will be the same. We cannot use a harness because he would get overheated wearing it all the time so we chose this option, which is easier to use than your basic thin beach towel. Overall, if you need to help your pooch with leg weakness (due to medicine or other issue) this may work for you and the price is reasonable for what you get. If you have a female dog, I would go with the larger size, but the small/med is correct for a male Wheaton terrier

I have a 125 pound Newfoundland that canât get in to the vehicle anymore. This is amazing for her. It steadies her on the stairs as well. I did order the XL and it does not fasten up around her. It is too small. But we have been using it without doing it up and it works excellent. She is 9 years old and is quite comfortable using it.

Molto soddisfatti
