    Not at all what it was supposed to be
    I have a fabric for myself that I get wet and it is cool and it keeps me cool. This did not. It didn’t stay wet and it didn’t cool anything down it was dry almost immediately. I know it was super hot outside but my other one stayed cool the whole time.

    It is a little awkward to get into at first but Macie was cooperative and ready to try it out. It fits her very comfortably and securely. This ice packs definitely help keep her cool. Just got it so I can’t comment on the durability.

    I love this vest. We went through a SERIOUS heat wave in California. This vest keeps Toots cool and energized. I would have given it 5 stars, but they only provide 4 ice packs and do not sell additional packs.

    Small is a perfect fit on my shihtzu he is 16 lbs. And the recommendation is Medium for him so i purchase it but its way too big so i have to buy a size Small and return the other one.. but its a good quality kept him cool in hot weather when we went hiking in sedona

    Poor Design and Fit
    The vest is poorly designed. Dogs paws are not like human arms and can’t be manipulated to fit into the harness.While the ice pack is a good concept the harness should be designed to slip from the underbelly of a dog not like an overcoat. It is impossible to get on and the company/Amazon doesn’t accept returns.
