Safe Temperature and My Senior Guy Loves It
My lil man is about 11 pounds but a long kitty and we went with the smaller of the two sizes offered. It is purrfect for him. He has hip dysplasia and he has a hard time finding beds that he is comfortable curling up in. This bed is great for him. When I feel the bed with my hand, honestly the cushion itself does not feel as padded as some of this companyâs other heated beds, but this lil dude prefers it. I love that the heat is always a safe level and he benefits from it. Plus, living in MN it always helps to have a heated bed for a kitty, even an indoor kitty =^.^=

Took a few weeks but now cat loves it and sleeps there every day, all day. I like this size and shape better than the circular ones.

Cats love
The cats give this a million stars, if I canât find one of them chances are they are chilling in the heated bed. They will lay in it alone, or together. Both of them fit with no problem. If it wasnât so expensive Iâd buy another one, well honestly Iâll probably buy another one sooner than later regardless but wish it would go on sale since neither of these two have an onlypaws account.

Poorly made bed
This would have been such a great heated bed for my dog. The quality of the outside material of the bed was perfect, but the rest of the bed didn’t even have 1/2 of the stuffing required to fill the bed. I don’t think this is Amazon’s fault by any means but if I didn’t know better it almost appeared as if someone took all of the original stuffing out of the bed and re-stuffed it with some really poor quality material.

Cat loves it
Bought this for our older cat, the size Large bed is HUGE definitely more of a dog bed than a cat bed. We thought he might still use it, but he didnt like the bed for some reason (he is picky, the bed seems fine and comfy but he might not like that he cant see over the sides?) so we ended up putting the heated pad under his blanket in his usual napping/hanging out spot and he loves it.

STUFFING IN BOTTOM IS POOR QUALITY
Definitely needs better quality stuff on the inside.Very lumpy and has shifted and flattened. Itâs quickly becoming useless to bother putting it in the dryer to fluff. Nothing much to fluff.

Initially disappointed but…
When I first got this I ran into the same problem other reviewers have had, which is that it was not Fluffy at all on the bumper. For the price I did not feel that it was really worth it. It gets tossed around a bit and over time it actually fluffed up a little bit and my dog very much appreciates it. Now she has a tendency of sleeping on it all day and then staying up all night. The heater is nice and warm but not too much so. A on and off switch would have been nice for this price point, but I put a remote Smart Home switch on it.

Get a size bigger than you expect
I bought 2 of these, one small and the next size up. They both work for my cats but they clearly prefer the larger bed. The bigger one also holds up its shape a little better. Now that they’ve used them both thoroughly, the smaller one has been squished flat while the larger one still has its advertised shape. They use them every day and seem to get plenty of warmth out of them.
