Excellent for Piggies
This is very good quality litter for my guinea pigs. One of my little fur potatoes has a deformed foot so in combination with soft blankets and mats, she is a happy little girl, able to run around with a limp. Pee clumps well in the litter, making for easy clean up. Poo pellets with pigs require just a sweep up so not sure about other types of fur babies, but certainly well suited for pig life. Promises expansion and it delivers. I use about half a bag per litter change, so these two bags last me about 1-2 months depending on the playpen size I configure. I find great value for the amount of litter I’m able to bed down for my girls. No chemical smells and is soft for pig feet.

Impressive odor control!
Well, first off drop the expectation of truly ZERO odor for 14 days. Thats just impossible and I have no idea why any product would bother making a claim that sets them up for failure. Rodents are stinky critters no matter what. However, compared to other “odor control” beddings I did find this one exceptional. I am VERY sensitive to animal smells so was having to deep clean our mice cage daily with spot cleaning throughout the day. With this bedding I can actually let it go a couple days with just once a day spot cleaning on hard surfaces like their wheels and even then it’s not overwhelming with stink like it would after even 1 day with other brands. This bedding truly does absorb and somewhat neutralize their urine musk. I’ll be sticking with this brand for sure. And it does break apart and fluff up quite a bit to extend the amount making it a good value especially since I don’t have to throw out all the bedding as often as I had been doing before.

Great bedding for some animals but not for chickens.
What I like most is how quickly it absorbs. I also like how it multiplies in quantity maybe like 10 times over once I break it down. The scent is just right…not overpowering but strong enough to kill their poopie odors. I let my quails play in it instead of a sandbox and they actually prefer that. I think it’s especially because of how soft and fluffy it is. One piece of advice though…if u choose to let ur chickens play in it u must supervise. Sometimes, the chickens will eat the bedding which is bad for their respiratory system. I say this because it has happened with my silkie chickens. Afterwards, they started making strange weezing noises and had white dust coming out of their nostrils. No matter what u may hear out there, eating pet bedding will harm ur pet’s health. Bottom line, I do recommend, just not for chickens or any other animal that may ingest it.

Keeps the stink away
We kept having to change to different bedding for our bunny. This one we bought at Pet Smart and it worked so well!The amount we use and the amount you get for the price is right for our fluffy baby! Doesn’t irritated him it’s soft for him too.

Firstly, this is great value for the money! It is vacuum crushed sealed, and a little goes a long way. I use daily news on the bottom and then sprinkle a generous layer of this on top, a little thicker in the sleep areas & boy were my Guinea pigs happy! They keep lying in the areas where it’s thicker the most; one of my girls sprawled out all super relaxed and content upon discovering it! They definitely are more happy & comfortable since I incorporated this bedding in their cage. It’s soft, pretty, & does seem to work well for odour control. Also, there is no weird smell to it out of the bag & based on the reaction my fur babies had, that’s a good sign. I can’t say as to 14 day odour control, I have allergies so I must change their bedding every 5-6 days max; it does work for that amount of time well so far. I will most definitely be adding this to my roster of regular pet care items I buy.

Compro siempre para mi hamster absorve bien mantiene calientito a mi hamster y le encanta andar por abajo y por arriba aparte de que no huele mal por un tiempo yo cambio a mi hamster de sustrato cada dos semanas y la verdad es que para ese tiempo no huele demaciado como otros sustratos aparte de que es suave y no lo lastima, lo recomiendo

Very good product. My hamsters love it so much. They like to burrow in it. It’s neutralizing odor very well.
