Quality product
This hard insert that the dog sits on, which is padded is great for stability. Shoulder strap is nicely padded and adjustable. Itâs just all around a great product. Definitely made for a smaller dog no more than 10lbs.

Greatest carrier
I love this carrier because it’s nice and soft and the bottom is a hard bottom it’s very sturdy so my baby is not. Getting mushed all over he loves it. He don’t even stick his head out. He just goes inside and sleeps. Nice thick straps. Soft on the shoulder, love it. It is very secure and Great value for the money. Had one that was just all material and hated it so did my Milo lol would definitely recommend this

For small dogs
Don’t recommend if your dog is ~15lbs. My mini poodle is considered a small dog and he fit just fine in this bag, but the bag strap does not have enough padding to really help you comfortably carry your pet. After 2 months of having it, the bag started ripping at some seams. Do not recommend for mini dogs, maybe teacups or just dogs that weigh sub-15lbs

I love that my dog can rest in this and my hands are free. She is a special needs, blind senior dog so it took her a little bit to get use to it.

Came missing 1 of the 2 buttons it should have had-not usable as it presently is~
If I didn’t need this NOW I would return it asap. I am picking up a puppy in 2 days & hence have to figure out a way to keep the top closed so the dog doesn’t jump out. NOT safe without the second button. Poor quality control in the factory where it was made. I will try to find a button that fits in the elastic portion. Disappointed!

Ordered for my cat as she loves to be held all the time. With working from home it gets to be a lot. She is a bit overweight, wasnât sure sheâd fit, but she does. She weighs 16.6 pounds. I love that the strap is adjustable and doesnât slip and loosen on its own. Another plus compared to others the bottom insert is hard making her safe. The shoulder pad is a life saver since she is so heavy. Would def buy again!!!
