Keeps my pup sake and contained while driving.
This is a great way to keep your pup safe and contained while driving. I love how I can adjust the height so my dog can see out the window. I donât have to worry about her jumping all over the car while Iâm driving. My dog is 15 lbs and this is a great size for her. I wouldnât recommend much bigger of a dog in this basket. Thereâs really no cushioning, so I added some of my own, and my dog falls right asleep once I start driving. She loves her car seat. She jumps right in it as soon as I open the car door.

I have a Chihuahua-mix that I have to fight with in the car as she always has to be in my lap. I was searching for a car bed, or something that she may prefer to lay down on when I’m driving and this appeared.It’s made in America (as far as I know) and looked to be something I could use. I purchased one that holds up to 25 lbs (my girl is about 15 lbs).It was easy to “install” as all you do is adjust the strap that goes around the car seat headrest. It has a soft, fleece liner with a little extra padding at the bottom. Seems pretty sturdy.I took one ride so far and…she is not a fan! But – there’s an additional leash inside that will help to stop the dog from jumping out of the “seat”. (This leash is also adjustable.)After a few miles my pup got used to the fact that, strapped in, she wasn’t going anywhere out of the “seat”. Eventually, she sat down and curled up in it.Overall, this “dog car seat” seems pretty durable. It’s well made with good stitching. The fleece is soft. The fact that the straps are adjustable allows you to adjust the height so my dog can see out the windows.I would recommend this for the smaller dogs and, more importantly, to the owners who want to avoid the distractions of a dog jumping all over you when you’re trying to drive.

I really like this booster seat
I really like this booster seat! It’s a great size, the materials are nice and it’s easily dissembled for storage and comes with a carry case. The hardware is all metal so my puppy wont chew them up like she would plastic hardware. The front pouch is nice for keeping treats and small toys in. Instillation was a breeze and very customizable as far as height goes. 4 stars because all sides of this booster seat are padded except the bottom : ( I would think you’d want the bottom padded more than the sides? you could easily go to a craft store and buy a thick piece of foam to cut and fit into the bottom. I did this myself but It’s unfortunate that I had to. It was a great price and everything else exceeded my expectations though so I’m not too upset about it. If you’re a crafty person you’ll be fine : ). From what I can tell by knocking it around it seems nicely stable and safe for my dog. Very excited to have this product!

This car seat worked for my dog for a little over a year. My dog is 20 pounds and this seat is advertised for up to 24 pounds. The clips on the straps broke off suddenly for whatever reason (weight of the dog?). The car seat is no longer usable. My 5-star review was made shortly after I bought the seat. Today, I rate it 1-star! Invest a little more and buy a sturdier, padded seat for your dogâs safety and comfort.

Pupper seems relaxed!
Product was easy to install, seems sturdy and secure, and was a lot bigger than expected. I have a 10 lb Yorkie, so definitely roomy for my little guy. It would most likely be a nice and cozy fit for a medium sized dog like a Corgi.My dog does not like car rides, so I took him out for a spin in the basket a few times to see his reaction. First time around, definitely scared and unsure, but he seems to prefer being in the basket compared to being on the car seat itself. Once it gets colder, I’ll start putting a blanket in the basket which will most likely give more cushion!

Handy, comfy and cute seat, but mine had a faulty clip
The Good- Overall we really like this car seat for our Cavalier puppy. Since he sometimes gets car sick it is handy that the liner is removable and washable. Itâs sturdy and easy to set up or store on the go! Puppy took right to sitting in his seat and getting comfortable enough to nap. The seat is big enough that he can continue to use it once fully grown too!The Bad- the buckle/clip on the seatbelt strap for this particular car seat gets jammed and nearly impossible to open. It doesnât happen all the time and if we fiddle with it for a few minutes it will finally give, but frustrating when you are rushing about. Iâm pretty handy so I may try to just remove and replace the clip. This is probably a one-off issue so Iâd still encourage the purchase of this seat, but just be aware.

Great product for the price. Seat is secure when easy directions are followed to install. My pup is 23lbs and fits in the large perfectly. Only downfall is the brushed flannel lining. It holds on to pet fur. But pup can see out and is always safe!

Works for me and The Bandit. Reading some of the reviews I was uncertain about it but decided to try anyway and glad I did! Seeing some of the problems that others mentioned, I was willing to give it a try because the price was so much less than some Iâd seen. To fix the drooping front I cut stiff cardboard and inserted between grey booster seat and the lining. No more drooping frontð I inserted a 2 inch piece of foam between the liner and the board insert. Now the Bandit sits higher and can look out the window. I also placed a throw pillow under the booster seat to take some of the tension off of the straps, and it still sits secure. I noticed that some people had a problem with the strap that attached to the dogâs collar so I put has no pull harness on him to remove the danger of him chocking himself, and it gives him a little more leeway to move. The Bandit is an 11 lb 10 year old Schtizpoo that DOES NOT like to ride in the car. Heâs the first one in once the door opens, but he starts whimpering as soon as the car starts to move. For some reason, he is much calmer in this seat. The first time I had to put him in it. Now he gets in by himself. Weâve taken several rides with him in the seat. Not to say that his riding anxiety is completely gone, but itâs 75% better. Maybe a little 5 lb dog wouldnât need the extra measures that Iâve taken, but it works for me. And yes I would recommend this booster seat.
