Not sure if itâs a medication Iâm taking or perimenopause, but I am constantly overheated now! I mean, really suffering and uncomfortable due to heat and sweating.I love this frozen pad! If I overheat during the day, I put it between my back and the chair, or behind my head and neck. When Iâm hot at bedtime, I put it on top of my pillow and lay on it.I donât know how I lived without this, but I hope to never have to live without it again!

Item tore after second use
We loved this product. It stays cool without being too cold to use with our baby sorting the intense summer heat. Unfortunately it tore after our second use. I’m really disappointed in the quality of this item.

Line a pet carrier
Froze it then put in it the bottom my small dog’s carrier on the flight as it gets hot and stuffy under the plane seat in a pet carrier bag and pugs overheat. When frozen solid its tsa approved ð always put a cloth over an ice pack never directly put ice or cold pack on bare skin or short hair dog/ cat fur

I’m not sure how I feel about this cooling mat. The mat arrived as described, and I do like the dual fabric. I think the directions were to freeze the mat and then put it in the fridge for a couple of hours before using it, which is not practical (for me). I can see why the company states this, as it is a bit too stiff fully frozen. The soft fabric would be perfect for younger children, but having a washable removable cover would be better for me.

It came at the right time. I used it right away when I received it. The only downside, to use it warm, I had to put it in a sealed bag and soak it in hot water instead of putting it in microwave.I know its made for kids but i use it myself because the size is perfect for my tummy as I use it for my period pains. It will also be perfect for my legs as cold compress after a long run.It’s made of 2 kinds of fabric. I like putting the blue side on my skin because that part is softer.

Comfy cooling Mat!
I just slid the cooling mat out from under my kidâs head after about 2 hours and 45 minutes. The parts under the head did warm up as expected, but there’s definitely still some cold spots. My kid loved the fluffy cover and was not bothered by the fact that the gel solidified after being frozen. Since it does freeze solid, you may want to find a bigger bag so that you can unfold the mat before freezing and to protect it from freezer odor. My kid likes this enough to suggest bringing it on sleepovers at the grandparents, so it’s big thumbs up!
