haha, it is really a true cooling vest, super cold.My dad usually wears Medium size, fit him well, and my husband is XL as usual, the vest is too tight for him.This is the size suggestion.Nice for summer.

The cooling material first off can’t be snapped properly due to admitted the really tough quality of the vest which would be good but it impedes the product? Also this material being worn outside makes you sweat and feel uncomfortable so definitely not helpful sadly!

The worst cooling vest I’ve purchased
The material was very thin and lightweight. I thought the humidity would help it stay wet and cool longer but it died far quicker and stopped working far sooner than promised. The velcro strap stuck to the vest a couple times and after just a few times wearing it, it looked as though If had it years.

Ok for shorted distances.
First time using and while wringing it out a bunch of the blue fibers fell out. The soft blue side is peeling now. Started drying out in the front during my 7K in 93-94 degree heat here in AZ. The back stayed cool though.
