hard to use
I have a stray cat that comes on my deck that I feed. I noticed some sores on both ears so I bought this spray. This is hard to spray on this cat because she runs when I begin to spray her ears. I tried putting this spray on my fingers and then rub on the cats ears. This did not work well either. The spray is clear, feels like water to the touch. It is not thick or creamy at all. Very difficult to tell how much of the spray is really coming into contact with the irritated areas. I no longer use this and will not purchase again for cats.

Relief from itch and inflammation
FACTS: We ordered this to help relieve our cat who has an inflammatory response to any flea bites.CHEERS: It’s like “Bactine” for pets, and it does calm the itch and inflammation to give your pet some pain & stress relief. It’s easy to spray and has a pleasing scent.GROANS: Cats don’t like being sprayed, and some other cats love the scent TOO much. But that’s a “cat problem,” and not a product issue.GRADE: A

Using on my cat
My cat has some skin issues that are quite severe. Multiple vets have not been able to give a diagnosis nor come up with a care plan. It’s not food related for sure. At least now she doesn’t cringe when I apply the medicine but it doesn’t totally stop the scratching. She scratches until she has big wounds that bleed. I’m just trying to get her some relief. This has helped but not totally stopped it. I’ll keep trying. It may work better after prolonged usage.

Works great on a neurotic cat!
We have a cat who is obsessed with licking herself, it’s strictly behavioral. She’s neurotic and focuses on a spot on her body to lick until the fur is gone, leaving behind a patch of bald skin. The Vet has assured us she’s okay but it still looks uncomfortable, her skin gets red and angry after she’s done plucking all that fur out. I was putting coconut oil on her patches but she licks it off quicker than I can apply it, she loves coconut oil. When the opportunity to try this Hot Spot Itch Relief spray came up, I jumped on it and I’m happy I did.I’ve been using it on her for 7 days, starting at once per day for the first few days because she can be a tough cookie to put anything on except coconut oil. We’re now up to using this three times daily as recommended per the instructions and the improvement on her skin patches has been incredible. While she doesn’t seem to be bothered by her naked skin, she does seem to be very pleased with spray time as I’ve been calling it. I shake the bottle and she comes running and gets ready to be hit with some itch relief. It’s been a very easy addition to our daily routine. It’s difficult to take photos of her bald patches, she’s a feisty little bug and not a sit still poser cat. I will try to get some that are in focus and post them to this review. This spray really has made a world of difference on her skin. It’s also great because it’s safe for her to lick, it’s safe for use everywhere which is fantastic and it’s super easy to apply.

My Wegie has had terrible hot spots since the summer and has lost his undercoat as a result. Been using the hot spots spray for a week and heâs reduced his grooming time and we are finally seeing re growth. He is calmer, happier and healthier. Easy to use, just move the fur out of the way and spray. A pleasant smell, no sting, and clearly very soothing. All round an exceptional product

I used this product on my Jack Russell dog. She was constantly scratching. watching her upset me as l know she has flee treatment every month , she is a clean dog and it upset me to see her distress l sprayed this product on her and l was relieved to see the calming effect it had on her. This is a value for money item which can be used anytime when she gets itchy and starts to scratch herself again.
