Best sensitive tummy and skin can dog food our baby loved itâ£ï¸â£ï¸â£ï¸
Sadly our baby boy is on THE FINAL THE LEG OF his journey TOWARDS crossing over into his CREATORS EMBRACE. JACOB LOVED THIS FOOD WHILE HIS BODY WAS ABLE TO EAT. THIS FOOD ELIMINATED ALL SENSITIVE TUMMY ISSUES, HE WAS HAPPY, WELL NOURISHED AND THIS FOOD WAS HIS FAVORITE. WE MUST SAY GOODBYE AFTER 16 WONDERFUL YEARS. JACOB’S READY FOR SAINT FRANCIS TO COME AND ESCORT HIM HOME. THANK YOU FOR HAVING SUCH A FINE CHOICE OF DOG FOOD FOR SENSITIVE TUMMIES AND SKIN.

Doggy loves it
I mix this with my chocolate labs dry food ever since she had surgery and she loves it. She would never eat her food right away. Breakfast would still be there for dinner, it was hills science diet also for sensitive skin and stomach but it’s the dry version. She only scarfs that down the first few days after I open the big bag when it’s fresh. I even got her a 35 lb container with a lid to keep her food fresh but with this mixed with dry food, she eats breakfast at breakfast and dinner at dinner. Plus it’s a better deal here. We love it.

Excellent
My terrier 20 lb was getting blood in his stool. I paid $150 to take him to the vet. My vet gave me these cans to feed him 2 days. I realized he has a very sensitive stomach and I needed to give him something that will be easy to digest. He loves the wet food I mix a handful of fry food in it. I feed him sparingly. His potty ever since has formed and he pottied twice a day with ease. Iâm thankful to find this on Amazon. I have subscribed to it. I do feed him egg bland no spices and carrot for his crunchy urge as an alternative. Sometimes add boiled white rice to his wet food. He likes that. I donât deviate too much from this diet. Itâs working. Though expensive to do $4 a can. Cheaper than going to a vet. You can stretch one can longer than one day. Three spoon fulls of wet food plus dry food is usually enough. Plus treats and 1 minty 1/2 am 1/2 pm for dental care. Days he doesnât eat the canned food Iâll refrigerate it in a clean rubber and give it the next day.

Dented cans
The product is great, but 2 of the cans were very dented.

My dog loves this! Sits well on his sensitive tummy!
I alternate between this Hills Science Diet ‘Sensitive Stomach & Skin’ canned food and another, harder to find, canned food from Royal Canin called Royal Canin ‘Digestive Care’, both for dogs with sensitive stomachs. I am pleased to say my dog loves this Hills Science Diet at least as much as the Royal Canin food. I can do a quick comparison between the two:-There seems to be more ‘ooomph’ physically to this Hills canned food – it sticks to the can and is not watery. HOWEVER: The Hills Science Diet can says it holds 12.8 ounces while the Royal Canin food can says it holds 13.5 ounces. That really surprises me, and I wonder if the difference is moisture content because the Royal Canin food is definitely more moist.-There is a definite difference in ingredients. The first Hills Science diet ingredients are chicken broth, chicken, turkey giblets, green beans, carrots, green peas, potato starch, egg whites, oat fiber…… The first Royal Canin ingredients are ‘Water sufficient for processing, chicken, pork by-products, chicken by-products, pork liver, chicken liver, wheat flour…..”-The Royal Canin food slides more easily out of the can because it is more watery/moist than the Hills Science Diet food. Because the Hills Science Diet canned food is thicker, it means scraping the spoon along the bottom and sides of Science Diet food just to minimize waste, but the few extra moments of spoon scraping are worth it to me if it means my dog gets a little more substance and a little less water (keeping in mind this is only my opinion based on the consistency of the food – I am no expert).-My dog loves both canned foods equally (as far as I can tell) and eats both with gusto.-Pricewise neither is ‘cheap’ and feeding my dog at least one can a day (plus expensive high end kibble 2x/day) definitely adds up (but is so worth it).-both brands have easy poptop lids.- I only tried this Science Diet food for sensitive stomachs because everywhere was out of the Royal Canin food for sensitive stomachs, but I will probably keep using both even when Royal Canin easier to locate.-I noticed some of the other reviews said they had received cans with spoiled food and had photos of spoiled food in the cans/the food looked weird and didn’t fully fill the can. So far none of the cans I’ve used had those issues, and hopefully those were just weird one offs for the other reviewers. I would however, take their reviews seriously and if what you receive doesn’t look right, contact Amazon and don’t feed it to your dog.Hope that’s helpful info to you

Easy on a tender tummy
We started Buying this for our puppy after his surgery. He was throwing up everything until we started feeding this. We had a few tablespoons to his sensitive stomach, kibble, and heâs a much happier pup. We do recommend this product.

Check Your Dog for Poultry Allergies
I am not going to say anything bad about Purina Pro Plan products but I discovered my dog cannot eat poultry products. They make his skin itch.

My 15 year old pug needs this
My pug has beautiful hair and skin which I attribute to this food. She’s been eating this mixed with some Nutro Kibble for about 5 years. Since I’ve had her on this food she never vomits or has digestive issues even at her age. She did have issues with food before switching. I have tried it with the Science Diet kibble instead of the Nutro and it wasn’t as good. As for this food….. it’s great and with her age she has a few teeth left so I soften the kibble with water and keep in in a container in the kitchen then as a couple of spoons of t his canned Science Diet to it. It’s a great product.
