Cat Amazing brings another incredible cat toy
HEX is a great toy, its a medium size foraging toy and it keeps the cats engaged and enjoying it for hours on end. The little cardboard pieces add a fun extra element for them, and its simpler than the MEGA (for the cats that find that a little challenging) while still having lots of interactive elements. Its light enough for them to push around like a little rhinocerous, but sturdy enough for them to stand on top of to get a good aerial attack angle. Like all the Cat Amazing toys, it works best with bigger treats (we usually use freeze dried chicken chunks).Every single one of my five cats loves the HEX, from our 1 year old kitten to our grumpy 12 year old man.

My senior cats LOVE this puzzle
My cats LOVE these treat puzzle boxes. This is the second one that we have purchased, previously getting the Mega box for our now 10 and 15 year old cats. Now our (new addition) 19 month old loves to join in on the treat games.The instructions were easy to follow and came in multiple forms (diagrams, wording and a video) to help relay the information. I love the addition of the cardboard do-dads that go into the top layer. It really threw my 15 year old cat (who is the top fan in our household). We loved that it took it multiple attempts to understand it was a new box with a different setup.My 15 year old cat begs to get his treats in these boxes every single night. He loves them so much. It wasnât hard to convince my husband that we should get this new one because he sees how much our cats adore them. Despite his initial skepticism he has fully come around to understanding this is our catsâ favorite toy. We also love how it is a different enough experience for our cats each time they use it and we can see them thinking of how to actively puzzle solve. Absolutely the best for our senior cats! 10/10 recommend

Watch video to assemble, super easy
Love cat amazing Hex! This is our 3rd cat amazing product. Both of our cats enjoy hunting throughout the day. Hex gives them a mild challenge with a solid reward. The holes are perfect paw size and swiping shape. The two levels make it fun to hunt from the bottom (our black cat) or sit on top and dig (our orange cat). We had a better result after reading the cat help guide the first time we used cat amazing sliders- it told us to put the treats on top next to the holes so the cats would accidentally bump the treat into the box and that would make the cat more invested in getting the treatment out. After our cats learned by trial and error how to dig and shove the box they became pros. We then went to dropping the treats into the box while they listened and watched. We also had to start with larger treats (easier to see and grab) like freeze dried duck cubes. Some people suggested toys and we sometimes use coil plastic toys or cat nip scented mice but the cats have to watch the toys be put in. Now that we have expert hunters we use a mix of duck cubes and greenies. We liked cat amazing sliders but our orange cat figured out how to flip it on the side causing all the treats to fall out. Cat Amazing Hex has not been flipped yet because it’s shape prevents it. The fumblers inside the box also provide a better movable obstacle for reaching the treats (super fun to bat at) than cat amazing sliders. The box material holds up to constant batting, shoving, sitting on and jumping off. I would recommend Hex to anyone with a bored indoor cat. And last thing, watching the video cat amazing provides on how to build the Hex box makes assembly super easy in minutes. Without the video it is not as intuitive.

Enhance Your Cat’s Life
Cats are hunters by nature. This product helps satisfy their natural instincts of hunting and keeps their minds engaged. My cats love a certain brand treats — it’s like candy to them — so I just sprinkle the treats through the holes in the top and it keeps them engaged for hours. Well, kinda. Krum Brulee has figured out how to sit back and snatch up the treats as his brother, Flipington, does all of the work. It did take a minute to put it together as the tabs didn’t all seem to fit perfectly, but, I still highly recommend this product.

Great mental stimulation
My two Maine coon kittens and dog love the puzzle! The white one was being really naughty. The kind where they look at you as theyâre doing the naughty thing cuz they want your reaction. But some of his behavior was definitely curiosity/you could tell he liked the challenge. I was really hoping some more mental stimulation would help because physical play wasnât quite doing it. Thankfully, this puzzle has been awesome! He still is mischievous but less of the âIâm actually really mad at youâ and more of the âCute mischiefâ that cats are known for. Itâs also sturdy enough for the 16 pound cat to sit on top of and it doesnât sag or anything. Great value for the money.

Cool product, my cat just can’t figure it out
Easy assembly, bright and well-made product. My cat is really food driven, and he was into it for about an hour but he kept pushing the thing from room-to-room with his dumb little face expecting to just have one of the kibble fly into his mouth. When he did eventually get hold of pieces, it was too hard for him to get it out.If your cat is mentally equipped, this is a really cool product. But if your kitten is lacking in the problem solving department, it quickly becomes just a cardboard box on the floor.

The fumble toys inside are so cute!
Building this was so fun. My cats sat beside me as I built it and were ready to solve this puzzle.It kept them entertained for a lot longer than I expected! The design is great, the weight of the product is sturdy, and I love that both my 2 cats can play at once.This is much more fun and stimulating than the regular cardboard Amazon box my cats sit in.

Keeps kittyâs mind working
My cat is left alone on work days and while some toys and âcat TVâ (aka bird feeder) have kept her attention sporadically, this treat toy is a consistent favorite. Before I leave for the day I set up her dental chew treats and sheâs happily rooting around the box as I slip out the door. She caught on to the two levels and added obstacles quickly because she had previous experience with another box treat toy. But initially I left treats on top of the box or just inside the first level to tempt her. Worked like a charm. While $35 is a bit ridiculous for a cardboard box, itâs well built, easy to assemble, and priceless for occupying my catâs time.
