Great product
These vests are pretty nifty! The ice packs have to be filled with water and they self seal shut. Give them a gentle shake and it activates some sort of magic stuff and after a few minutes you’ll be able tell it’s a gel. Be sure to freeze them laying flat so you can fit them into the vest pockets. They stay cold much longer than I expected. This is a great product! Be prepared to spend some serious time filling the ice packs. I found it easiest to turn the water on as a slow stream. Be careful too keep the air out of the little bags otherwise they don’t fit well in the vest pockets.

Dont last long – Not the best design – Too much trouble
To be fair I should start off by saying I live in phoenix and we’ve had three weeks on end over 115° I’ve tried using these cooling vests and 1st I have to say I find them a bit of a pain to you not that filling the bag is a lot of trouble I just want something I can throw in the freezersecondly almost instantly when I put them against my body they start to meltEven with the bubble packs they just don’t last very longthey last about 15 minutes and don’t do much cooling in that timeThey feel great in the first 3 minutestoo much work for very little benefit
