Moist or dry heat!!
I like the XXL size and the soft feel of the fabric. Itâs large enough that it can treat two areas at one time. Also love the option for moist heat. Really helpful for back, leg, neck pain and, itâs washable!! The power cord disconnects. Great value for the money. Probably the best heating pad I have ever purchased.

Joint pain is never fun, but things the first extra wide and long heat pad that covers all the bases from my upper back, shoulders and hips. I highly recommend and purchased another for elderly parents.

Great After Two Years of Daily Use (updated review)
I know other reviews mentioned problems with this heating pad breaking shortly after purchase, but despite being used daily for over three months, Iâve had no problems. Someone in my household is always using it and we all love it. Since the heating pad is so large, it covers the whole back from neck to tailbone and helps with muscle spasms and arthritis aches. One thing we did notice is that if you want to turn down the heat level, it works better to turn off the heating pad and then back on for the lower setting. For some reason, just turning the heat level down doesnât work as well. We donât consider this a problem, but others might. Since the heating pad is so soft, has so many heat levels and stands up to daily, almost constant use, I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a large heating pad.Additional information as of December 2024 – heating pad is still used almost constantly, on a daily basis, and is still going strong. For some reason Amazon displayed my review, so I thought Iâd update it in case this helps anyone considering purchasing this heating pad. With how regularly it gets used in this household (even our older dog gets in on the action whenever itâs not occupied by peopleðð) Iâm impressed by the heating pad as itâs still dependably providing daily muscle spasm/arthritis relief.

Heats up well, but heat only limited to closer to the center
Product works and has a good size. The heat is only in the area closer to the center of the product – the outside areas do not heat up.

This heating pad only worked for a few months. It gets so hot on ANY setting you have to turn it OFF. I wish I had returned it but now I can’t because it has been too long since I bought it.

Huge & Amazing!
I have bought 3 of these for myself and my family, and then I came back to get another one for my parents when the price was marked down. Honestly, this thing is humongous and so comfortable. It has 6 heat settings, and it will turn off on its own after 2 hours. I never used to use heating pads, but when I got c*vid my body just hurt so bad. (I have chronic pain & have for years, but this was so much worse.) I knew I needed something, and heat just sounded so Good. One of these 3XL heating pads did the trick, and I now use one nearly daily. I usually only need it at Level 2 or 3. 6 is enough to toast me right through, and that’s honestly far more than I think most people will ever need. It’s nice to have it as an option though. It’s so nice to have such a soft, pliable heating pad. The ONLY drawback is that the cover is not removable for washing, but we’ve been able to unplug & carefully spot clean over the sink. Definitely recommend!

I had an issue with Heating Pad, contacted Elma at Eva Joy Store. She Promptly sent me a new replacement with out issue.The Company’s customer service is above exceptional! I will defiitely be purchasing more of their products.The Heating Pad Is So Soft And Comfy. And the Size and Length cover most of your body as it is XXXL.The Heat is Awesome as I suffer from OsteoArthritis which is very painful.This Pad you can adjust the heat, it has 6 settings, it stays on for 2 hours, I wish they could make one that stayed on for 24 hours.I am so Grateful for Your Immediate Customer Service, Professioalism, I rate their Company a 10 Plus!They Stand Behind Their Products Which Is Rare In Today’s World!Thank You Again Eva!
