Not a Bad One
I like this bed because it actually does warm up easily and quickly. And when it’s not being used as a warmer, it makes a great soft bed. It’s supposed to shut off once it reaches a certain temperature I think, but it doesn’t seem to shut off. I have to make sure to unplug before I go to bed. I wish it had a button or switch to shut it off, but it doesn’t. So I just have to unplug it. Both my cat and dog like it this bed!

Once my cat discovered this is heated, she has not left. It is flufy and soft. Looks good and washable. Today one of the other cats discovered it is heated and in order to keep the peace in my house, I have ordered another one. Worth it.

Works great and energy efficient
We have a Sphinx cat (hairless type). They are always cold. She is always looking for the warm spots in the house – heat registers, sunlight, etc. Now she has a 4th spot to go to.She immediately liked it when I brought her over to it. She just sat in it and started purring. It looks very nice wherever we place it because of the neutral gray color. The material is very soft to the touch. The actual heating element can be easily zipped in and out for cleaning the bed.The bed is also very energy efficient. I put a wattmeter on the unit and measured energy usage for a 24-hour period. As the photo shows, it only used .13 kilowatt hours of energy. That works out to only 1 kilowatt of energy per week. I pay about 15 cents/kWh for my electricity so that works out to about 60 cents/month. The unit only turns on when the temperature of the bed drops below 86 degrees. For reference purposes, we keep our house at 70 degrees from 8 in the morning to 10 at night.Overall, I’m very pleased with this warming bed. The cat likes it and it costs almost nothing to run. Definitely recommended.My rating method:1 star – terrible. I wouldn’t consider buying it.2 stars – marginal at best. Doesn’t meet the minimum requirements or quality to be useful. Buy it at your own risk.3 stars – average. Meets the quality and requirements for a product of this type but is nothing out of the ordinary. If the price is good, I’d probably buy it.4 stars – better than average. Exceeds the typical quality of a product of this type and has a few extra features not usually found on other products of this type. Zipper handle and zipper was broken when delivered
Zipper handle was broken and what’s worse, even with plyers we couldn’t get the zipper to open. We literally had to break the zipper to put the heating pad into the bed as instructed.Our cat is almost 20 years old and we are so hopeful that this bed will help keep her warm.

Very pretty and soft, but stays heated all the time it is plugged in. My previous heated beds only warm up when my cat or dog is in it. Keeping because it is my fault for not reading description carefully. I did work around it by plugging into a power strip.

Our small older dog really loves this pillow!
We have an older chihuahua terrier mix, and she’s a bit underweight so often gets cold and tries to burrow under blankets to keep warm. She spends most of her time now in this bed and we’re glad she’s comfortable.
