Stains
This gets dirty sooo easy, and constantly. And not just dirt you can wipe off. It stains so easy and will not come clean with anything. I have brown colored body wash and it stains it every time a drop falls on it. I have these mats. Waste of money.

Hard to keep clean in the kitchen
We really wanted to like this but it stained too easily. To be fair, the product itself is porous and naturally stains easily. We got it to use as a drying mat in our kitchen. The trouble is that within a couple weeks there were a couple of coffee stains on it that we were having a hard time sanding out.Otherwise, it is really nice and absorbs water well. If it was easier to keep clean we’d be giving a raving review as we do really like it.

Beware! I followed the instructions and rinsed my mats before using them, letting them dry fully, but 3 days later and it still leaves a dark residue under our feet and on the floor. It does dry quickly, but I have to wash my feet after my shower which defeats the entire purpose of a bathroom mat.
