For Use as Car Restraint: After fitting chest support, slide car seat belt through the nylon loop on the back strap and fasten seat belt clip. You do not need to attach the hindquarter support band when using as a car harness.
For Use as a Walking Harness: After fitting chest support, attach lead or carrying strap to the D-ring on back. The hindquarter support band is not usually needed when harness is being used for walking, however it can be used to provide additional support to pets with very limited mobility

Great Product
Highly recommended for any dog who needs a little extra support to take pressure of legs when standing. Have a special needs rescue dog whom I’ve adopted at age 10 , now at age 15 can’t walk anymore (CT scan shows no connective tissue left to hold joints due to autoimmune disease & severe joint destruction). this product has allowed us to keep her standing long enough to do her ‘business’, We tried other harnesses (more expensive ones) previously but they had too many straps, a pain to get on off, this one is easy to put on/off, washes nicely and very easy to use. Don’t know about larger dogs, but works well for our little 15 lb dog. I’ve also attached another strap for more support, one for back, one for front.because our dog needs support of all fours.

I noticed it fit but seemed odd. The rear end part was a total bust and never worked. ok just for a harness, but those you can get anywhere.

Great and helpful product
My dog is recovering from disc surgery and this harness has been great! She is able to do her business with my assistance and it is helping her to retrain her rear legs so she can walk on her own.
