Why use a DC 12V output instead of the more versatile USB-C?
Our heating element uses whole piece heating graphene technology, low voltage can not achieve the desired effect, and USB-C can not provide 12V voltage
Why doesn’t it have a collar heating pad like some other products?

Good buy!
I bought as a gift for mother in law. She uses it in this recent cold weather and enjoys the comfort, style and warmth. The materials are good at blocking the wind also! XL was a bit snug in the wrong places so exchanged for an XXL and it is perfect!

Pretty Good
Pretty decent coat. It kept me warm but the battery died faster than expected. The pockets show they are heated but did not get warm like anticipated. Other than that, great coat. I upsized so I could wear a layers underneath and it was perfect. Super comfortable.

I love this coat!!
This jacket is amazing!! The battery lasts about 10 hours on high. It holds in the heat so well you can turn it down and still be toasty warm. The fit is great. It has so many pockets. The only complaints I have are you have to plug and unplug the battery to get it to turn on and off and the battery is quite heavy. Although I’m sure a smaller battery would mean less heat time so I’m ok with that.

Make winter more bearable
I bought this for the bitterly cold days in Michigan. On it’s own, without the heating pads, this is a very comfortable jacket. It’s a bit boxy, I normally wear a a women’s XL so I ordered a large. Even though there is a draw string around the bottom I didn’t like that it wasn’t touching my body around my bag and mid section. I was able to alter it and now it’s perfect. The jacket has a 3 mm jack type (don’t quote me on the exact size) connection, I was a little bummed since most of my batteries didn’t have that hole but it comes with it’s own battery that is quite nice. You can charge this battery with a variety of connections, you just can’t plug it into the coat any way but the 3 mm plug. Overall I love it and would definitely recommend.

Garbage
This is a piece of garbage. Don’t waste your money. I fully charged the battery and it stayed on long enough for me to go though low, medium and high and then I could not get the battery to stay on. It would flash on and then immediately turn off. It does not produce any heat at all. So disappointing. I walk everyday in cold to very cold conditions. I thought this was the answer but not from this brand anyway. I would not purchase from this company again and I most certainly would not recommend this product from this company. If you do order, I hope you have better luck than I did. The wait was not worth it.

Most amazing jacket ever
I like in Iowa and it gets pretty cold and windy. Being in the plains the wind is brutal. I also have temperature intolerance so I need outside help to warm my body and boy Jesus does this coat do it’s job. It’s plenty warm without the power own cause it distributes your body heat back. Is sooo comfortable with built in second thin sleeves with thumb holes. Once you turn the power pack on we’ll the heat instantly is on and it’s like a warm hug. This jacket is also water resistant so it keeps you dry as well. It really is amazing. I can’t stop raving about it. Money well spent from a semi broke person haha

Battery won’t charge
I really like this jacket. The jacket is true to size and the quality is excellent. It would probably keep you toasty without the heating component. However, I bought the jacket because of the heating mechanism. Unfortunately, the battery is not charging. Today it was 18 degrees and I was anxious to try the jacket. Instructions stated to have the battery fully powered before using it. When I plugged in the battery it was at 69%, approximately 9 hours later and it’s still at 69%. I have reached out to Doumern customer service in the hopes they can troubleshoot the problem. I will update my review once I hear from them. I understand that sometimes defects happen, but on the occasion you receive merchandise that is defective, a company’s reputation hinges on the interaction with a customer service representative.**update #2**I reached out to the seller again seeking clarification regarding the faulty jacket. I believe the misunderstanding involved both me and the return policy of Amazon.Each time I contacted the seller the response was rapid and ultimately the seller resolved the issue. I’m EXTREMELY satisfied and look forward to receiving the new jacket.
