Nice and warm!
I needed this to place on one of my cat trees in a room that is cold. I set the timer and the temp. and no more worries that my cats are cold if they go in that room. I love it. Soft cover, substantial cord, works great! I highly recommend. Good price.

We are having a cold snap here in Florida, and the house is chilly during the day and even colder at night. I bought this large heated blanket for my big boy cat to keep him comfortable in the evening and through the night when the temps fall. He loves it, so I love it, too.You can adjust the temperatures from 80 to 120° and you can set the timer for 4 to 12 hours. I love that.It’s waterproof with a removable, washable cover. What more could you ask for?

Good for freezing temperatures
I really like the fact that it has a 24 hour timer and adjustable temperature controls. We have 3 outdoor cats and they loved it during the freezing weather. It fit well in their house and kept them warm and comfortable.

Warm enough for outdoor shelters
I bought this to use in one of the outdoor shelters I have set up in my yard for feral cats that come by to eat. At 8° it felt warm , to the touch. Perfect to keep outdoor feral cats from freezing. The controls were easy to use and the pad was of nice thickness and quality.

Works well but gets hot
I ordered the extra large and it is huge, which I needed. The temperature is adjustable and I started at 100° for feral cats in a shed, which is recommended. One cat tried it a few times but kept leaving it. One cat snuggled in but then kept flopping around like he was uncomfortable. I felt under a blanket and the temp was way too hot. I am down to 85° and will watch, and may go lower. This is why it is very important if you have a heating pad, to give the animal room to be off the pad or half on and half off, if in a cat bed or shelter box. My other heating pads are pre-set at a 100° and seem to be fine. I think this one runs really hot and you need to use care to get it set properly! BTW, you can leave it on despite reviews that say it stays on a maximum of 24 hours. The 25th setting is “on.”

My dogs love this!
This heating pad is one of my favorite Amazon purchases. I have two senior dogs and this has made the colder months so much easier on them. As theyâve gotten older Iâve noticed they get cold more easy. This heating pad fits perfectly in their bed. I just throw a blanket over it and they love it. The cover also has a zipper so it can be washed which is so nice!
