Every Dog In My House Loves This Blanket
I now own multiple of this blanket because everyone is obsessed with it. I foster dachshunds, many seniors, and people with special needs, and this waterproof blanket is a lifesaver. Not only is it comfy and soft and anxiety-reducing, but its ability to protect their beds, the couch, or whatever surface is exactly what I need. And the best part? I can throw it in the washer/dryer!This will be a staple in my house for years to come. I have several other Furhaven products, and I have never been disappointed!

This is for the Waterproof Throw Blanket for dogs
Furhaven has lots of different blankets and beds but this review is for the waterproof throw blanket (large) that Iâve purchased 3 times now. This is such a nice blanket. I have it on both my girlâs beds and bought one as a gift. They are super soft on one side and the other side is completely waterproof (which comes in handy if you have a puppy or a senior dog who canât always make it outside). I use them on top of my dogâs beds and throw them right into the washer in case of an accident (way easier than taking the cover off the bed itself). They come out of the washer and dryer perfectly! If you have dogs who love blankets, this is one of the best values on Amazon.

The dogs love it–but needs a stiffer backing
The dogs love this fluffy mat. I do wish it had a stiffer back on it so it wouldn’t wad up every time the dog moves around. It’s the middle of winter here, and it seems to keep them cozy…even maybe on the warm side. But if they get too hot, they will spread put on the cold tile to cool off.As for the waterproofing…I have not tried it out in that respect.

Works well but thin
I was hoping this blanket would feel thicker than it is. Our dog doesn’t love it. It is very soft and works well but not my favorite. Wouldn’t buy again. Just not my dogs preference.

My couch and pup love it!
Bought this initially to help protect my couch against dirty paws and my dogs snuggle right into it. They love it so much I bought another for my bed. I just washed them for the first time as well and decided to line dry so it kept its lush softness. Iâm not sure how they would turn out in the dryer but off the line itâs good as new.
