Great quality frame!
*Warning* The bed in the pictures is a Furhaven bed but it does NOT come with the frame. I already had the bed, itâs the Furhaven Jumbo napper.1st. The package is heavy but once itâs assembled, the frame (jumbo) is not as heavy but still a little weighty. It is made entirely of wood.2nd. These are real wood slats.3rd. The legs are metal and wood and they are also heavy.The assembly instructions are clear, lots of pictures. If you have ever assembled something from IKEA, you shouldnât have a problem here.The slats have to be screwed into the frame and it provides great support. My dog (95lbs and growing) sometimes likes to Superman into the bed and itâs nice to know I donât have to worry about the slats popping out of place.Be careful cleaning the frame, despite it being pretty it is covered in veneer. Weâve only had one incident (kitten puked on it) and I wiped it down with Method wood cleaner and it didnât warp or discolor.If you are looking for something pretty and functional, this is it.

Perfect couch height.
Super easy to put together and is durable! The size is great for medium dog but might work for larger too. Sits tall so your pet it close to you on the couch but not on the furniture, I love it!

Very nice bed
The instruction is very clear. It took about an hour to put together by myself without rushing. The bed frame is very nice and has good clearance for roomba. My dog is 70lbs but it fits him without any problems.

SOME Assembly Required – Ha!
I knew I would have to assemble this, but I never dreamed that I would literally have to build it from scratch. I will say that the instructions are excellent and all the pieces are coded with letters and numbers. But if I had had only a Phillips screwdriver, as the instructions claim is the only tool necessary, I would still be putting this thing together. Luckily I have a power tool with a Philips head. That helped immensely. But some of the bolts would not go in all the way, and I had to use a pair of pliers to finish sinking them. Now I hope the bed is going to be sturdy enough for my 65 lb Greyhound. I hope it will last. Just know that you will have quite a task on your hands if you are not someone who does this sort of thing on a regular basis.

took care of a physical issue
Our dog used to be able to jump on to her chair, but she can no longer do this due to her rear ankles.We found this Furhaven dog bed kit on Amazon and at a reasonable price.The kit came with all parts identified and nothing missing. An Allen wrench is also included, which I didn’t use. Too small for my hands.Following the instructions for order of assembly, I had the bed assembled in about 1/2 hour.For this type of use, sturdiness and construction is of high quality. The finish has a minimum of flaws, and with the adhesive rubber feet attached to the bottom of the legs, the bed doesn’t slide around when she climbs on to it. Also, the bed is just high enough, so that when she sits up, she is able to look out of the patio door to watch out for her chipmunks, squirrels, and deer.This puppy bed has made our dog’s life much easier, more comfortable, and less painful, for which we are so grateful.I do recommend this Furhaven dog bed frame for all pets’ weather or not they have physical limitations

Works fine for the price, but highly recommend replacing the wooden slats with a piece of plywood. It’s also extremely squeaky.

Nice size, good price ,easy to assemble,.As we donât own a dog but we do have cats I wanted something to put the litter trays on. So my hubby did some alterations to the dog bed and it was a success .I recommend this dog bed for dog lovers and cat lovers. We had a litter tray cupboard for the cats but they hated it but the dog bed we converted to hold two litter trays the cats love using it . So I am glad I bought this âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸

Can’t tell you how pleased I am with this purchase. Quick delivery, very well packaged. Each piece is labelled for easy assembly. If you can follow instructions this is eezy peezy. I’m a 72 yr old woman and I put it together myself in no time. I love how I can get my swiffer duster underneath it without have to keep moving her pillow to dust the floor. It is a well made product and you get the non-skid pads for under the feet so the bed does not move at all when jumped on. I have a 110 lb rottweiler mix and she has fallen in love with her new bed. Her orthopedic bolster pillow fits perfectly inside. Highly recommend!Unfortunately, I’ll have to scale back on my “very well made” comment and am deducting 2 stars. Two of the slats supporting the pillow have broken already and I’ve only had it a month!

It would be nice if Amazon and Furhaven got together and had this dog bed sold together. The foam and frame. The ad is very deceving as the ad for the frame shows the foam on it but you need to scroll to notice that. The frame is about or close to the cost of the foam bed. This complete bed..the frame and foam pad cost four times as much as I wanted to spend. After sending away for four other elevated dog beds and then returning them as the floor is where Millie wanted to be. This bed is a must. It’s easy to out together and there are a lot of choices to choose from when ordering the foam bed.It would be nice if you’d get a discount for ordering both the frame and foam bed from that company as the frame can fit other foam beds that aren’t so much. But this is the best and so worth the money.
