My friend Greg tested this out with his cats for me, and they 100% approved! They were sleeping on it within minutes of us setting it up! We live in Northern Michigan, so it’s cold here in the winter, and the cats are really loving having this warm bed! Let’s go over what we love and what we don’t like about it!Why I Love It:Different Heating Style:This uses 12 volt electric heating, so this isn’t going to get as hot as 110, and I feel like it also makes it safer.2. Nice bed, good features, stiff heating pad.
The bed itself is soft but thin. Materials are nice and plush and my 7lb dog loves the little bed. I love the timer function on the heating pad that lets it stay warm for a very long time so when she falls asleep it’ll stay on overnight but turn off in the morning. The only thing is that the heating pad itself is really stiff, so my dog doesn’t like laying on it unless she’s especially cold. there isn’t a cushiony layer that warms up on the bed, so she’s got to lay on the stiff heating pad and often ends up scratching until she flips the bed and can sit on the cushioned side even if it’s not as warm. We’re still getting a lot of use out of it, but it’d be nice if the heating pad was a little more soft and flexible.

Wonderful Heated Pet Bed
This heated pet bed is a huge hit with my finicky tuxedo! She gets overheated on my heated blanket but this blanket has such a wide range of temperatures, I can easily dial it into her liking. Itâs also timed so I can feel comfortable going about my business while she basks in the deliciously soft, furry, heated bed. The bed comes in two parts and you must unpack and allow the round furry bed to puff up for 24-48 hours. I was in a hurry so I helped the bed de-puff by squishing the stuffing into place to form an elongated doughnut shape. The bed itself has a zipper on the bottom where you insert the heating pad – you unzip the bed, remove the pad (I just took half of it out) and slip the heated pad inside. Then place the pad back into the bed (it will be under the heated pad) and zip the bottom shut with the cord coming out the zipper. If you put the pad side with the bump up – the cord will end up at the side where the zipper closes. Youâll figure it out. The bottom of the bed has little non slip dots so it stays put on any surface. The material overall seems durable but I do wish there was some padding between the inside bottom of the bed that my cat lays on and the heating pad. The bottom inside of the bed is just a thin layer of the soft, faux fur. Itâs soft and cozy but itâs not as cushy as sheâs used to! Itâs a really cute bed and the colors are fairly neutral so they donât clash with the decor. Itâs a good size too – I think my other cat could squish in there next to her as the bed is soft and flexible.

Much loved!
I have an elderly cat who is on the thinner side, so I try to keep heated pet beds around for her to warm her bones in, especially now that it’s winter time. Problem is, every time I set up a new one for her, it gets claimed by the two younger cats, and this cat bed is no exception – they both piled in there together and started grooming each other. For size reference, they’re both about 11 lbs each, and fit comfortably enough in there cuddling together. This heated cat bed is superior to the others that I have for a couple of reasons. First, the fact that it has the padded raised edges, where my others are just flat. These soft edges really help them curl in and get comfy. Also, the power cord is a really generous length, which gives great flexibility to where you can place the bed. My others have much shorter cords, and that can create an issue with placement. This bed has adjustable heat and timer settings with an easy to read controller, and it gets toasty warm. And on the bright side, the younger cats like it so much that they are leaving the other heated pads to their elder. For the price (especially with the current discounts being offered at the time of this review), I think you can’t go wrong with this heated cat bed. I’m really pleased with it.

My kitties are obsessed with this bed
The video I attached shows it without the heater because I literally didnât get a chance to put the heater in initially because my big 13lb boy kitty immediately claimed this bed. Itâs SO soft and plush, heâs obsessed with it and loves to knead into it to get himself to sleep. Once I inserted the heating pad and plugged it in, it became even more the bed to beat all beds for my cats. All of my picky kitties like it and seem very comfortable in it, especially because itâs kept warm for this cold winter. I recommend!

Works but kind of clunky.
It does work. It’s a heated pet bed and does the job. But it seems kind of clunky? Like all the pieces came from different things and don’t fit together very well. The heating pad doesn’t really fit the bed well and the cord for it (which is very long so I’ll give them that) poses a bulky discomfort. I think the inner foam layer was supposed to keep a nice padding between the heating pad and top layer, but it greatly hinders the heat throughput. It works as well, but not as a good as it could be with some more thought to the design and a few minor adjustments.
