This was the best investment I have made for my 1 year old Shih Tzu’s safety and comfort. This product was well made and I can see we will be using it often.I had purchased this stroller to take my dog to a dog show and on vacation. He’s young, overly friendly, and small in size. I was very concerned about taking him places where he’d get accidentally stepped on, his tendency to want to eat things off the ground he’d get sick from, or getting injured by another dog. I usually carry him when in questionable environments or he rides in a dog purse when we go on errands. That strategy was getting to be too difficult as he got older.I saw a dog stroller being used for some tiny dogs last summer at a local outdoor event and decided that would be the easiest most comfortable solution. After looking at several different designs I chose the 4 wheel model from Flexzion because it looked the most stable, people reported very good customer service, and it was big enough for my little guy to stretch out when he got tired. It was just the right height off the ground and offered a lot of protection with the screens zipped. The stroller was light, well made of sturdy materials and assembly was simple, I just had to take it out of the box, open it up and attach the wheels and tray. The dark blue color I ordered was actually Navy blue which I liked even more that what was shown in the Amazon picture.I put my little guy in to take it for a test drive and he was happy as could be.The best part was the email I received from Flexzion a few days after delivery to make sure I was happy with the product and a request to contact them with any questions or concerns.Nobody does that anymore…. I was very impressed.

This is compact in size, noticeably smaller than strollers made for human children but the handle is long enough for an average adult to push comfortably while walking (I’m 5’7″). I think the seller/manufacturer would be wise to remove mention of “jogging” from the item title because this isn’t at all a jogger design, and the materials wouldn’t hold up that level of activity. If a person ordered this stroller with the intention of jogging, they would be very disappointed. If you just need a simple way to safely take your pup out for a long walk or shopping, you will love this. I always like having a cup holder tray, though I had a little difficulty getting the screws in to secure it to the handle because of the limited space between the bars of the stroller, it was worth the three minutes of fumbling in the end. The bottom basket is smaller than I thought it would be and you could not put anything heavy in there but it adequately manages a small canvas tote bag of essential puppy care items and one of my smaller purses. Our Shih Tzu/Bichon Frise cross is 11 weeks old, he absolutely loves riding in this stroller; he gets to go out shopping- he can look around and be with his family without getting over-tired walking for hours. The stroller keeps him from getting accidentally get stepped on and the screens keep him secure inside and stray hands/items away. The screens are a nice heavy plastic pet-mesh, stronger than I anticipated. He has plenty of room to move around inside, when he reaches his adult size I believe he will still have a comfortable amount of space. The stroller opens and closes easily- I didn’t receive operating instructions with the stroller, I was guessing how it worked and I tried folding it by pressing the red lever in the handle in but it didn’t seem to do what I thought it would. In the end, I found that all I need to do is pull up on the top half of the black plastic two-piece lock-joints on the sides at the same time (the parts that are open loops that look like handles). Once the joint is separated, the stroller wants to neatly fold itself in half. There is a little red catch-lock that can keep the stoller secured in the closed position though I don’t really find it necessary/convenient. I like being able to just grab the handle and have the stroller spring right open as I pull it out of the car trunk. The only reason I did not give this happy little stroller 5 stars was because the wheels really could be better. They roll just fine on sidewalks and roads and in the stores but they are super light-weight semi-soft plastic. A couple of the wheels arrived mildly warped- you could get sea-sick watching them turn around. If you were to put a lot of weight on this stroller I’m sure the wheels would bend under the strain, but if used properly, I think they will be fine. I ordered the green color stroller, it is very bright- high visibility and fun. Everyone loves it, I would buy it again, I would give it as a gift or recommend it to anyone with a small fur baby.
