CRUNCHY TEXTURE WITH RIDGES FOR BETTER TEETH CLEANING ACTION — Our cat sticks for teeth have a crunchy texture with ridges that reach the back teeth and massage the gums, too. The unique shape and texture encourage chewing versus swallowing for maximum dental health. Chewing creates a scraping action that removes plaque and tartar for healthy teeth and gums. Our treats also contain chlorophyll, an active ingredient that acts like a cat breath freshener by neutralizing odors at the source.
LOW CALORIE CAT TREATS WITH PUMPKIN TO SUPPORT HEALTHY DIGESTION — No need to worry about the extra calories every time you give your cats a treat. Each tartar control cat treat is only about 1.75″ long, which is just the ideal size with a calorie content that’s safe and healthy for your cat. We also added real pumpkin to help soothe cats’ tummies and provide them with fiber for natural digestive health.
ALLERGEN-FRIENDLY FORMULA TO PREVENT ADVERSE FOOD REACTIONS IN CATS — Our natural dental treats for cats are grain-free, gluten-free, soy-free, and dairy-free – perfect for cats with food sensitivities or skin conditions. Discerning pet owners will love that our cat teeth cleaning treats are healthy and safe for their feline companions.

Love these!
These are fantastic. I have two cats. One can eat them. The other can’t chew them. My calico, Charm needs these. She has a heart condition & severe asthma, so she’s not able to be put under anesthesia for dentals. It’s been about 6 years since she has had a dental. Having a history of resorptive lesions, and having had to have 3 extractions at her last dental, I’ve been really concerned about her dental health. Every other dental treat I tried, she just swallowed whole. She actually has to chew these.Like several people have noted, these are REALLY hard. My other cat can’t chew them (though she’s very attracted to them & will try to chew them for a good 15 minutes before giving up). Charm can chew them & because they’re long, snake-like things, she has to work at chewing them up to be small enough to swallow. They are seriously cleaning her teeth. She was just in for a physical & the vet was impressed with the difference in the condition of her teeth.I just found these about a year ago & I’m so happy I did. It is tough having a pet you care about & be unable to have dental cleanings done, especially when there’s a history of dental problems. While resorptive lesions are hereditary & cleaning won’t necessarily stop them, at least her teeth are being kept clean & I can better evaluate their condition so I can follow up with the vet should a problem arise.Anyway, these may not be for all cats, but they’re great for Charm because they do what they’re supposed to do & she absolutely loves them. She actually wakes me up in the morning to get them because I give them to her first thing in the morning, right after her inhaler. My other cat, Pips, may not be able to chew them but she loves them anyway. I’ve gotten her a different type of dental chew, which she likes & can eat. She still gets one of these every so often because she likes the flavor. But her situation is not as critical as Charm’s. I’m just so happy to have something that actually cleans Charm’s teeth & that is appealing to her.One suggestion I’d give the manufacturers is to consider packaging them in an air tight, cat-proof container. I’d ordered 3 packages & left them on the breakfast room table. Charm sniffed them out, jumped up & polished off a pack & a half before I caught up with her – just chewed through the cardboard & cellophane. LOL!I now keep them in an empty treat jar from a different kind of biscuit I use. They stay fresher & are easier to access since it isn’t necessary to use a twist-tie. So, manufacturer, please consider a different container. I sure would appreciate it! =^..^=

My cats would not eat these at all.
I have three inside cats, and we have a few feral cats in our large wooded backyard. I tried to put gravy on them, some bacon fat, but none of the cats would eat them. Sorry they didnât like it. And they are super hard you can barely break themâ¦

Smaller than expected, can be swallowed whole apparently
So, my cat loves these. However, due to dental issues early in life, he tends to avoid crunching treats and instead gulps them down whole. I thought these would be too big for him to swallow, and boy was I wrong. Each piece is a little over an inch or so long â I thought they’d be at least a couple inches long, so that’s my bad for not checking more thoroughly.I did get him to crunch a couple times by carefully holding for dear life one end of the treat, so that’s probably how I’ll just have to do it for now, unless / until he starts getting accustomed to crunching again.

My cats love it
Getting cats teeth clean is a struggle, so if it can be done through treats, then it’s great. My older cat tries to swallow them whole, but she can’t. I’m a little concerned her teeth may not be able to take it. After a while my older cat learned how to chew them. My younger cat doesn’t seem to have a problem with them at all. They both love the taste.

Too hard to bite into
***Please make them fatter!!** My cat wants to eat these so badly. She licks them and tries to bite them but Iâm worried sheâs going to hurt her teeth. They are rock solid. I picked through and found the fatter ones. She can crunch into those with some effort.

EmeraldPet Feline dental stixx
My cat is three years old and wouldn’t eat them. They were so hard I heard my dog crunching across the room. I would not buy them again and threw them out.

Good for teeth
Our cat has one every morning. She loves them, and they are grey for her teeth.

Los sabores son agradables para mis gatitos, el tamaño de los premios no me encanta porque son algo grandes y creo que son algo duros.
