Helped tarter too
My older dog has some strong breath. I used this for about 2 weeks routinely. She seemed to not mind the taste. I sprayed this product near her back molars so the residual would settle in her gums and cheeks and not run out of her mouth. Her breath did not improve much, however, when I went to brush her teeth after week one, there was a much-improved removal of tarter, about 40%. I noticed the color difference on her teeth. So maybe this helps breath by helping tooth/gum health too? I do like the direct spray into the mouth versus putting an additive in the drinking water.

Worked for one dog
This pet fresh breath spray worked for one of my dogs, but did not make much of a difference for the other.I was using it consistently with both of my dogs, but really only noticed a difference for one of them. Neither of them like the taste, and get very squirmy when it comes time to spray this for them, so I wished the sprayer nozzle sprayed a more directed stream so I can easily aim and reach exactly the areas I need to.I won’t keep using it when it runs out, but at least one pup has fresher breath.

Donât Expect Minty Freshness!
This doesnât perfume my dogâs breath or cover it up with some other smell, which I appreciate. Dogs arenât supposed to smell like toothpaste! She is a senior dog and has medical issues, and anesthesia is inadvisable at a certain point, so cleanings are limited to what I can do at home. She also has some nasty habits that contribute to her bad breath, so I was interested in a more natural solution to the problem. Iâd say this product gives about an hourâs worth of more tolerable dog breath.This has a heavy, oily consistency, similar to fish oil. My dog is a licker and her feet hurt her, so that activity likely diminishes the length of time the product continues to be active. By itself the smell of the spray is not unpleasant.

Great for touch ups!
We’re using this product for quick mouth “touch ups” between brushing. Just something to knock out that doggy breath that they can get sometimes. The dogs don’t really care for it but I dont think thats the purpose. It is designed to provide hygiene , not be a treat!

Hard to tell
I like the all-natural ingredients, and it seems to be good quality. Additionally, I really like the fact that it’s made in the USA.I have a six-year-old Yorkie with stinkum breath, and while he doesn’t mind the taste, he absolutely hates it if I try to spray it in his mouth. This little six-pound guy is pure muscle, which makes it extremely hard to use, not to mention that the battle stresses us both out so I give up. I don’t like the option to put it in his water because he doesn’t drink the whole bowl, and it seems like a waste of product.I’ve tried using my finger and Q-tips, which he still doesn’t like, but it’s more successful than the spray method.I’m not noticing much difference; however, it could be because of the application method…

Helps keep the bad breath from getting too strong
Have been sing this for a few weeks now as my dog has the worst breath from gingivitis-heâll be getting his teeth cleaned soon but until then thought i would try this spray. My dog hates it when I spray it in his mouth but then will lick Amy of the spray that has fallen on the floor so he doesnât mind the taste at all just not the spray. I have put some in his water bowl as directed so he is getting some that way. I feel the spray helps the most in calming his breath down. This wonât eliminate his bad breath but definitely helps from knocking me out when he comes over and breathes on me. Iâll keep using it after he cleaning as a preventative. I like that it is made of all natural ingredients.
