Beware of Size but besides that, excellent cooling
Cooling is great and I used these for running and not really construction, it lasted for my entire 30-45 min run and had no issues. A lot evaporate during my runs but this vest doesnt. It works great and I love it. As weather cool down I havent been using it but when I used it, sizes do come a bit smaller.

Stays cool!
Purchased for my husband who’s a mechanic. He works in a shop with no ac in Florida. He simply wets vest under tap water and wrings out before putting over t-shirt. He was so glad I purchased it. He told me everyone in the shop wanted to know where he purchased it. Get the same size you wear in t-shirts.

Works okay
This kept me cool when I rode from NJ to Milwaukee. Its like a piece of cardboard when dry. I actually put this wet in a small plastic bag and it didn’t dry out. It was in my saddle bag

Doesnât work for me..
I bought this because I have MS (multiple sclerosis) and Iâm very heat sensitive. I wanted something that I could wear for outside gaming events that would keep me cooler when itâs way hot out. Unfortunately, this did not work for me. I will have to go back to my big heavy vest that I got for my MS with the big ice packs.

Works awesome!
I deliver in Arizona out in the heat and thid works really well. I soak it pretty thoroughly and it will last me a couple hours before it starts drying out. You do have to get used to the sensation of a kinda slimy feeling. The inside is very smooth so when it’s wet it’s just a bit wierd in the beginning. I’m super pleased with it though.

The vest shrinks 2 sizes when wet recommends buy 2 sizes up. It feels not bad when itâs wet. The upper back area drys the quickest.

Works well in arid hit environments
This works really good for me. I live in a desert environment and in the summertime find myself outside frequently, it does make you a little damp, but it still functions very effectively. The only thing I would make sure anyone buys this nose, as it does run a little small, so if you normally wear a large, maybe go for an extra large. Also make sure you never store it wet, make sure to put on a hanger so we can dry thoroughly otherwise it will easily grow mold.

It’s a great vest!
I’ve tried a few different vests, this one works best for me. Other vests are heavy with water and you get wet. This vest with PVA you stay cool with out getting wet. Also the vest dries as hard as a board, so you don’t get the mildew smell. I live in Southern AZ and is great for walking my dog in the heat , it stays cool for around an hour or so, then you have to wet it again. I tried the tech niche vest but it was too much weight and too wet. It might be good for construction work where you can’t easily rewet the vest.

I have been using this vest for awhile, and have found it very helpful for MS intolerance. I find that outdoors in full sun when it’s 30C+ outside, it isn’t as effective. The blue panels hold water, and are stiff when dry, but will soften completely when wet. I wear this with a sports bra and high-waist shorts as it’s rather short, even though I am a short woman. I wish they would make this a bit longer, and to look more stylish for women, so I’m deducting one star for that. Indoors it’s great, especially when sitting in front of a fan.

I finally understand the term neurodiverse ð, my nervous system doesnât work like normal. It mispercieves , overreacts, and doesnât turn off when supposed to. Heat, light, and noise set me off. Voila!!! Cooling vest works like a hot damn in this heat! Kudos to noise cancelling headphones also from Amazon! âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸
