I’ve used this ear cleaner a few times now on my beagle who has chronic ear infections, and it did seem to work pretty well at clearing out the gunk. It has almost no smell, which is good and bad (I like a little scent to freshen his stinky ears). If you have smell sensitivities, you should be ok with this cleaner. The tip is a little funny- super flexible & long, which is good if you need to bend it slightly on a squirming dog, but difficult to get the little tip cover back on with any surety. I don’t put the tip in my dog’s ear canal for hygienic reasons & to keep from hurting him. I actually try to avoid touching his ear with any cleaner implement, if I can help it- otherwise, I’m sterilizing it with alcohol after each use to keep from spreading the infection. Overall, the ingredients in the cleaner are simple and seem effective, so I will keep using this, along with my arsenal of other ear products I have for my boy!

Didn’t seem to do anything.
I am going to preface this review with a sentiment about the overall Vine program I’ve been a part of for nearly a year: most of the items are not worth the purchase. This program seems designed to supplement a company’s Research & Design department, and focus groups. These seem to all be companies that don’t exist outside of an Amazon presence, so for that alone, I am highly skeptical about such things in terms of customer service, repairs, replacements, or refunds. I find that there are a lot of items that are unavailable by the time I’ve used them long enough for a review; the companies don’t seem to last longer than their supplies. I have literally thrown away somewhere around 40% of the products I’ve received, as they either failed, or were just insufficient, or generally crappy. With that said, I would implore people to approach any product with lots of Vine Customer reviews attached to it with caution, because these are the “iffy” products you probably want to avoid. Most of them can be found for a little more money, or even the same price point from another, more reputable, trust-worthy company (a company with an actual reputation at stake). So take this perception as you will. My review: NOT WORTH PURCHASE. I tried these in my own ear, after I still kept getting the head shaking, and I didn’t have ANY wax or anything come out. Ear did not feel clean.

Using this after doggy bath time helps keep ear irritation away
My puppies have been experiencing ear irritation after bath times, to the point they are whining and whimpering while trying to scratch a presumed itch they can’t seem to reach.
