I recently tried Dogswell Grain-Free Hip and Joint Chicken Grillers for my Great Dane, and theyâve been a hit! Dogs love them!
Overall the dogs love them! The jerky is a lot darker than the original photo for advertising but it’s soft enough for the old dogs to chew yet durable enough so they don’t just swallow it in one bite. Decent size snack for a larger dog or even a small dog and any in between. Also this is a great price for the amount of jerky! The Glucosamine, Chondroitin & New Zealand Green Mussel are a plus since 2 of my girls are in their golden years.Will definitely be buying again for my old baby girls <3

Dog loves, but little joint relief.
We have a very large, older mastiff mix with arthritis. He was taking a glucosamine/chondroitin chewable, which he readily ate until a few months ago, when he decided he didnât like the taste. We tried tablets and liquid, but he will not eat food, cheese or anything we attempt to hide them in. I was excited to find these treats, and to my surprise, he loves them. However, after a few weeks I am really seeing a decline in his ability to stand up and walk comfortably. Compared to any of the joint supplements, these treats have a very low amount of glucosamine and chondroitin. In our vetâs opinion, not high enough amounts to make much of a difference or to warrant paying the high price, vs other jerky treats. Looks like weâll be trying the tablets again. These are great as treats, but in our experience, not great as an actual joint support supplement.
