Love the Coat. Check the size.
I have a 6 month old 7.9lb Chorkie puppy who has a neck of 9 inches a chest of 14 inches and a back length of 14 inches from base of neck to base of tail. I did measure as instructed on the Helios chart. I ordered the size small although the chest seemed way too big because of one review and my dogs length. The small was so wide that she fell when she walked; although the length was correct. I have since ordered an XS. It is true that it is a little short; and her tush sticks out a little more than I would like. There is no problem getting her into it because of the way the whole suit opens with the zipper. I would choose this suit according to chest size of there is only a two inch difference in length. The overall fit of the XS is much better than the small for a dog her size. I was going to keep the Small for my other dog who has an 11 inch neck a 16 inch chest and a 14 inch length. The XS was too small for this dog and the small was a little big through the chest and legs but it fit him better than the XS. Even though the zipper closure is made poorly and takes time to get on the dog; the quality of the material rivals that of my Burton ski jacket. I have no doubt that this suit will keep my dogs nice and toasty this winter. Well at least one of them. I returned the small although it would have worked less than perfectly because my 11lb dog is no puppy! He has spent seven winters without such a suit and is simply not having it. He refuses to move when i put it on him . I guess its piled on sweaters for him. The chorkie on the other hand is young and learning everything right now. To her this is just another thing to get used to. I do hope that the manufacturer takes this review into consideration because it is an excellent product that needs a few minor adjustments.

Too Cute!
This is adorable. I have a mini australian shepherd/toy poodle mix: 15 pounds, 16 inches tall to top of back, top-length 19, chest 17, neck 12; so tall, long, and slender. I bought a medium and it fits pretty well. It’s not a perfect fit; it’s a little short in the legs; but about right in top-length and chest. I don’t mind it being a little short in the legs because he’s very active and I would rather it be short and not have to worry about stepping on the legs while he’s running. It keeps him warm, and pretty dry on top – water does bounce up and he gets wet underneath, but that’s pretty much unavoidable if he’s going to have a opening to tinkle. I love the harness opening too (some of his rain gear doesn’t have that). There’s no reflective tape on it anywhere, so since I take him out at night, I do put a reflective vest over the coat. Overall, I think it’s well-made, super cute, and will keep him cozy on chilly nights.

Love this coat!
Wow, I love this coat! It is constructed much like a person coat. You re able to adjust the legs with elastic which helps keep rain and wind out. The zipper is a great way to put this on and off and the off set placement of it keeps stress off it so it feels secure. There is no fleece so I don’t know why that’s in the description, quilted nylon on the outside and nylon on the inside. My fur baby stays nice and warn. This was delivered as promised. I have a male American Cocker Spaniel, according to the chart I should have ordered a M. Being an experienced dog Mom I ordered a size up L and was glad I did. Fit perfectly at neck and chest. Little long length wise but was not in the way of “business”. When I take this coat off baby feels nice and warm. There is no stretch so keep that in mind for size. Happy with this purchase and will update this review after I wash it and use it for the rest of this winter season. Looks cute too.

sizes run small; but jacket works wonderfully to keep the dog warm
I have two border collies. My small female is 22″ around the chest and the Large coat (which says up to a 26″ chest) is tight on her. My male has a 25″ chest and the Large coat is a couple inches short of being able to close around him, but the length did match up for him. I just ordered him an XL.The leash opening between the shoulder blades is too small. I can’t even fit my pinkie through it, let alone the D-ring on the harness or the leash shackle itself. I will have to cut it open and re-stitch the edges myself to make it functional with a leash. The draw cords on each leg may be cinched above a joint to keep the jacket “up” while putting it on a standing dog. The zipper is cheap plastic (and should be plastic, not metal, for cold conditions), but should be a bit beefier with a stiffer, tighter pin and box connection so that it stays in place while you begin zipping it up.The material is absolutely not waterproof, but it is water resistant for a good amount of time. I did a test of a section of the jacket shaped like a bowl to hold water; it does eventually leak through. I haven’t had them out in the rain yet, but I bet it will shed water for a few minutes. Snow shouldn’t be a problem at all. I’ll update the review once I get them out in rain or wet conditions. The elastic around the belly is a nice touch to help keep the heat in for the dogs. The open areas for the dogs to relieve themselves are very functional. All around the stitching looked good with no loose threads of concern.Overall, other than the size running smaller than advertised and the tiny harness point opening, it looks pretty good.

Un poco ajustado para mi Xolo aunque espero que con el movimiento se vaya aflojando un poco.El material se ve de buena calidad y cuenta con varias capas, se ve que si mantendrá calientito a mi perro durante el invierno.

Awesome snowsuit! We have a winter coat for our pug, but it doesnât have back legs and when it gets colder than -15 C or so, he shivers. So, we bought this snowsuit hoping it would be warm enough! So far it has been great. He didnât like walking in it at first because of the back legs, but he adjusted pretty fast. It is warm – when we take it off of him, we can feel the warmth inside of it. The zipper is plastic, which is actually good because if the zipper was metal, it would get very cold against the body. Our pug is approximately 18 pounds and is 21 inches around his chest. We got a medium and it fits great. Itâs snug, but this is good because it keeps the cold air out. In the description it says there is Velcro above the zipper, but there is not Velcro. There is a zipper with a small flap of fabric that covers over it on top. I donât think it needs Velcro – just wanted to point out there is not any Velcro on this snowsuit. The reflective strips on the back of the suit (on back leg area) are super reflective. There are little drawstrings on each leg to tighten the suit around the dogs legs – they work great and keep air out and keep our pugs legs from pulling out of the sleeves while he walks. Our pug has shivered in this suit when its close to -30 C, but at that extreme cold its understandable, and he also refuses to wear boots. When we let him walk more than carrying him in this that helps him stay warmer as well. All in all, I highly recommend this snowsuit! Itâs warm, keeps cold air out and is really cute.

Super sympa, beau, jolie couleur. Envoi bien protégé et dans les temps. Mon petit shyh tzu ( poils longs) sera à l’abri pour l’hiver.

Finally something that fits my dogs! I bought the S blue and XS orange jackets for my min pins and I couldn’t be happier with them. The jackets fit like a glove and they are nice and warm. They are easy to put on and off and the dogs seem very comfortable walking around in them. The pull straps are handy to tighten the legs and depending on how much room you have left, the harness can be worn under or over the jacket. They look very stylish. They also arrived well before expected which was a nice surprise.

Sconsiglio vivamente l’acquisto.
