Toasty and Comfy. Be aware of balancing the weight.
The S is a perfect fit on my 20lb dog that’s about 17″ at the shoulders, back length of 18″, slim build. Be aware that you will want to counter-balance the powerbank with about a 1/2 lb weight in the opposite pocket. Due to the combined weight of the powerbank, counter-weight, and the jacket itself, I’m not sure I’d put this on a more petite dog.The product itself has worked very well in keeping my slim pup warm in 20 degree weather (with windchill in the low teens). The heating element is on the back of the coat, I like to use a base layer to protect my dog’s underside. The material is thick and warm with a good high, adjustable collar. Very pleased with this heated dog coat.

Looks nice. Seemingly warm. Not perfect
The jacket looks great and is definitely warm enough.The issues are as follows.1. Itâs not for small dogs at all. The sides toward the back come down really low and they get in the way of piss. So maybe not good for shorter dogs and not great for leg lifters.2. The battery pack weighs down the jacket on one side so it needs a counter balance of sorts. A little silly.

It is a great product, but the belt clip that goes around the dog to hold it in place needs to have some loops to go through on the back so that it stays in place better. And the power level is confusing. Other than that it seems to be okay.

Needs better battery and more heat areas.
I was so excited to get this for my dog but, Im disappointed because, I bought it Dec13th 24, and already on Jan13th 25, the battery is starting to not work like it did before, (only can see one out of four charge lights, light up.) Also, the areas that are heated are so few and far between. The concept of the coat is good but needs a lot of improvements. Also the instructions come only in Chinese. I asked to get sent some in English but, no reply.

***UPDATE***Seller reached out to me in regards to my initial review. They asked if id be willing to try out the item again. I was happy to do so. They genuinely seemed like they wanted me to be actually happy with my item. Which that in itself speaks volumes as i recieved this in exchange for an honest review…… i was not out a dime! So they didnt have to do that, but they did. So automatic bump in stars for the excellent customer service. I recieved the new item and this one was sooo much better with the stitching. The thread is still the same thin thread on the velcro for the pockets, but it appears to be stiched correctly this time. So, so far its holding up great for my giant old man. I love that the elements are actually on his back to help reduce risk of any skins burns unlike the ones that have the elements on their undercarriage where theres not enough fur to protect them from that possibility. He seems to really love it and it definately seems to he affective for him. He does not come inside shaking like hes got a bad case of parkinsons anymore. My boys no longer miserable in the cold. Give them a try, i think you be very pleasantly surprised!Incredibly poor quality. Upon unboxing, i went to open the velcro pocket that the battery goes in and it immediatly ripped. Very very thin cheap thread used for product. And this is supposed to withstand an extra large dog???? Haha fat chance. Definately will not be recommending this one. Not at that price point

Dog approved, Owner appreciated
This heated coat is amazing! It’s super easy to use. All you have to do is hook up the battery and put it on your 4 legged companion, which is simple. I was worried about it being difficult to put on but only the head/hood part took any effort to get on, which was minimal. The jacket heated right up in just a couple minutes and once my dog realized what he was wearing, now he doesn’t want to take it off because he hates being cold. What a great product!! I actually ordered the perfect size too so no awkward fit plus the heat seems to be pretty evenly distributed, which I’m guessing is comfortable. I am very happy with this heated jacket, besides the color, and would definitely recommend trying one out, especially if your pup is a spoiled baby and hates the cold weather like mine does. I think he would like a different color also so maybe I’ll keep an eye out for different color options in the future.
