Tug and Chew Is Best of Both Worlds
Fun and sturdy dog toy. My dogs love this chew and tug toy. My Corgi prefers to chew the yellow “football”. My German Shepherd would rather tug the rope. It’s a win/win!

High Hopes Dashed
I was hopeful that this toy would be a home run for Shadow. Sadly, even though he enthusiastically investigated it (as shown in the pics), he soon lost interest. Even though it had all his favorite activities: rope, squeaky, snack dispenser, and chewability…he abandoned it and now has no interest in it. I personally think that the material is too dense for him to really gnaw on. Also, the squeaker is not able to be squeaked by him because it’s on the end of the ball and even requires a bit of effort by human hands.

He likes it, though the treats get stuck sometimes
My dog likes to play with this, especially tug-of-war, and I think the spiky parts are even helping clean his teeth up a bit. The treats he usually gets (he’s on a special diet and can only have certain ones) seem to be a bit too big or something, because they mostly get stuck inside and don’t dispense that easily. However, as long as he keeps playing with it, it works for me!4 stars

Does not hold up to the destructive power of a former police K-9
We are always looking for toys for our Dutch Shepherd who is a very aggressive chewer. We had hopes for this as it looked like it might be able to hold up to her strong jaws. Sadly, it was unable to resist the power that a former police K-9 and bring to play time. We gave it to her to chew on and it was destroyed in under 10 minutes. It could be a fun toy for a smaller dog that is not bent on the destruction of every toy they are given but it is not for aggressive chewers.

Not ideal if you have a super chewer
Great concept for a toy, however it literally lasted 15 minutes before my dog tore a big hole in it. It is a very engaging toy the way it auto balances but the material just isn’t tough enough for a super chewer of a dog.
