Not at all true to size
Bought this for our dog while recovering from spine surgery. Hopes that this would not only help him keep his balance but also be able to pee much better than a sling that I tried. Unfortunately the size I bought based on my pet’s measurements is much too small so I have no idea if it can achieve it’s purpose

Amazing product
