Great Steps If you arenât afraid of a little work !
Thought Iâd give this brand a try. A bit more economical. The my other stairs cost considerably more. Comparing the two they are exactly the same. As other reviewers state. They are vacuum packed. All air is is removed and they are sealed in a plastic bag. When you open them they are a flat mess. I left them out for a day and still 1/2 flat. If you arenât afraid of a little work these are great steps. I got out my hand held steamer and in 1/2 an hour of steaming the foam popped right back up. This isnât memory foam, itâs regular upholstery foam. Dense. So it needs help relaxing the wrinkles out. If you donât have a steamer you can carefully use a hairdryer. Would NEVER recommend using steam from an iron of any kind or popping it in a dryer. Remember it will expand. To dangerous. I also like the removable cover. Easy to wash. Hope this helps. All in all itâs a great little pair of steps for my Yorkie.

Garbage. Completely misshapen
Received item vacuum packed in a small box but nearly 24 hours later item is still squished and misshapen and wonât fill out the cover. Completely unusable and now I donât know how I can return it without buying a large box.

Great little dog stairs for my 20 lb senior pup. I was able to train him to use them in a day. Sturdy and durable. Cover is washable and easy to take on/off the foam. Would definitely recommend for anyone with a small to medium sized dog with mobility issues.

It expanded quickly and is nice and firm, with appropriate give. The steps are a comfortable width and depth and great for a small dog or cat. Mine arrived, vacuum sealed in a bag, in it’s cover and just in a recycling bag and a box, so I don’t know if it was actually ‘new’ or if it was a recycled return, and that perturbed me a bit, but it was clean and appeared unused, so I kept it. I took off the cover, to allow the steps to expand and then put the cover back on. I was relieved it was so easy to do, compared to others I tried, and it fits snuggly. No forcing, no getting fingers caught, no expletives. lolI bought this as a replacement for the hard plastic stairs, which I have had for years, for my Jack Russell mix to get onto the couch. She’s going blind, and I noticed was finding it difficult to gauge the wide and hard steps, often hesitated to go up them, and often avoided going on the couch altogether. Plus she has arthritis, so the hard plastic must have been difficult on her joints. She loves these stairs. She now comes up onto the couch, much more confidently and more often, and goes down the same. I got the small size, so it’s just shorter than my couch, which she seems to prefer. My cat likes them, too, and now uses these to get up and down from her perches.If your small pet has a disability or just struggles, I’d recommend these.
