Many find it easy to use and suitable for experienced dogs who don’t get frustrated or bored with toys. They are also happy with the eatability and ease of use. However, some customers report that the feeder slips around too much on the floor, which may be due to the bottom not being sticky enough to stay put. Quality product that exceeds expectations!
I got this for my hyperactive to hopefully wear her out and make mealtime more fun and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed. The packaging was nice, the product is easy to use, and it genuinely stumps my dog. Highly recommend!

My dog LOVES this feeder! It keeps her entertained and helps her eat slower. She figured out how to use it right away.

My dog loves it!
He gets super excited each time and it works well. The only thing that I would comment on is that it doesnât stay in place on the floor. Not sure if itâs because my dog is strong enough to push it over or if it is because the bottom isnât sticky enough to stay put. Otherwise fun product!

Great feeder! My dog also thinks it is a chew toy! LOL!
My Australian Shepherd was initially frustrated but figured it out on day two. We learned we couldn’t leave the dish unattended on the floor after the food was gone as he chewed up one of the flaps. Thankfully, the dish comes with a replacement!

Just okay
Supposed to slow down her feeding. But I donât think itâs going to be used often. She still eats the food way too fast because you canât control how much comes out when itâs pushed unless you open it and put food in it every single time, the food gets stuck in the holes and keeps it open letting the food come out freely, and she tries to just flip the whole thing and the food falls out that way, itâs just not as great as I was hoping it would be.

a more challenging doggie puzzle There is one extra flap included, so I suspect this is not uncommon. Therefore I would not recommend this for “chewy” dogs, who might decide it’s more fun –and easier–to simply chew on a loose flap rather than to have to seriously work for the treats.
Finally here’s a treat-dispensing doggie puzzle that isn’t too easy for my smarty-pants dog! I have acquired quite a collection of treat-dispensing puzzles toys, since they first appeared in the marketplace. Almost every time I leave home, I use one to distract my dog. I know that most of them are very easy for him and that he empties them quickly. But they still prevent my departure from becoming an anxiety trigger. But this one truly challenges him, because it involves two steps to get the treats: First he has to step on the top to release the treats which fall down into covered slots; then he has to flip the slot lids to get to the dispensed treats.. Furthermore, the selection of the slot receiving the treats appears to be random, and that further challenges him find which slot received the treats. To prevent it from being TOO challenging, there are two “easy” slots that are directly loaded with teats and where he simply must slide the covers to reveal them. I would not recommend this for a dog that hasn’t already been successful with other puzzle toys, because I think it would be too challenging. But it’s good for experienced dogs who don’t get frustrated or bored with toys which make them really think and work for their reward. Given the size of this puzzle toy, I would recommend this for small to smallish/medium-sized dogs. Even my Cavalier, at 24 pounds, was able to knock off one of the slot flaps.
