We’re camping and on a road trip in our RV. It’s extremely dry and cold where we are right now. My fingers felt so dry, scraggly, and the skin on my hands felt uncomfortable since it was pretty chapped. I left my hand cream at home, but I remembered to bring my dogs’ Dog Paw Balm, this Pet Paw Stick. I brought it with me right when it was delivered. I opened up the package for the first time, and OMG it smells so good and clean! I decided to put some on my hands and fingers. Wow, it made them feel instantly better and was so moisturizing! I was really tempted to keep using it for myself, but decided to go and buy some hand cream and use this on my pups’ paws, for which it was originally intended. But yeah, if it was good enough for me, and smelled so wonderful, and helped with my ultra dry cuticles, too, as we road-tripped through this dry air, cold, mountain state, it should be good enough for your dogs. My pups didn’t mind it at all when I rubbed it on their paws, and they didn’t even try to lick it off. And for my dog that has chronically dry paws, I could instantly tell the difference on his paws just like I did when I first opened it up and put some on my fingers and cuticles. Definitely love!

So much easier to put on!
I got this Pegciz dog paw balm to help my dog during his recovery of damaged paws. It is a weird story, took him to the pool one weekend with us. He loves the water and other dogs. HThe bottom of the pool was a little rough in texture. Of course my dog stayed in the pool once he was injured so that by the time we noticed we had to rush him to the vet. His pads were worn and bloody. He got surgery and kept him in booties for awhile. Since it is still warm I wanted this balm to keep on his pads for walking. We mainly walk on grass but we have to walk on pavement to get to grass. Plus I was hoping this balm would protect his pads to all elements. What I love about this balm besides the ingredients is the roll on application. It can be so harsh to keep him down and pads exposed while trying to scoop our creme. This is so much easier to apply!! I cannot tell by his behavior that the balm helps but I can sure tell by how they feel and look!! I am also thinking this balm will help in the winter months also. I don’t always want to put booties on him and this balm helps me pick and choose when I do.

Smells Good – Product looks high quality
I get a lot of pet products on amazon. This is by far one of the higher quality looking items i’ve received. The smell is strong but it’s not unpleasant and didn’t trigger my headaches like most scents and smells do. It has a convenient twist to apply like regular deodorants but these of course go on your pets’ paws.

This is more of a moisturizer for the paw pads, I was hoping it would keep pepper from slipping, but it actually made it more slippy. Might be good for dry cracked paws but not much else.
