Pug love
My little boy , Roscoe the pug is 12 and is losing the use of his rear hind. We bought paw covers and other ones that wrap over the back and down the leg which were hard to put on and lid down the leg. This was easy to used and I would recommend this for the easy of use and price.

Our Springer Spaniel Sophie has cancer and the tumor is pressing up against her spinal cord which caused her to lose control of her hind legs. Without this device, I literally had to carry her every time she needed to go to the bathroom. The adjustable leg straps allow it to fit properly and we can leave it on all the time. It gives her assisted mobility for her last days. It does what it is intended to do.

The SENIOR BUDDAY dog lift harness is a helpful aid for dogs with rear leg/hip issues.Overall the harness is pretty easy to put on and adjust to size on your dog. The rear leg straps do help to keep the harness in place (no slipping). This is very important while helping your dog up a flight of stairs or into a vehicle.The rear leg strap adjustment could be better designed, but what is currently on the harness does work.We have only used this harness on female dogs, so we can’t verify how well it will work on allowing male dogs to urinate without any issues.Be sure to measure your dog and compare it to the included sizing chart prior to ordering.We recommend the SENIOR BUDDAY dog lift harness.

my good boy passed away the day this arrived in the mail, so we didn’t get to try it. but it looks very sturdy and well made.

Doesnât fit my dogâs proportions
The XL does not fit my 60 lb American Bully mix. Waist is too small, leg straps are too loose (even when tightened all the way). Leg straps are also difficult to adjust. For a dog with different proportions this might be fine.

Very helpful for senior dogs.
My senior dog has some severe arthritis, and when he’s having a flare up, it’s hard to get him outside in time. He struggles a lot with his back legs, and some days it’s worse than others. I can help him normally, but there are times when he doesn’t feel like being handled too much. This really helps with that. I can slip this on him and give him the assistance he needs to make it outside comfortably. I don’t have to worry about him falling. It’s easy to use if you have a cooperative dog who will let you put this on. I like that this one doesn’t get in the way when he needs to do his business.

This SENIOR BUDDAY dog harness is a sturdy and well-made harness, but without instructions it was really hard to figure out how to put it on. In the moment we just gave up trying to untangle it. That said, if you spend some time figuring it out BEFORE you need it RIGHT NOW it’s likely a solid choice to help your pup navigate stairs or get in the car. And as is the case with items like this, fit is key and although it is adjustable, it may not be just what your fur baby needs. Due to the lack of clear instructions included I’m only giving it three stars. If instructions had been included I would give it at least four stars, as it does seem very well made.
