Well made, actually for elbow, high quality
This was the closest to what I was looking for, but it didn’t work out for me. It may work for others. There were very few reviews (8 at the time I ordered it and most were not helpful) to help figure out if it would work or not so I’m writing one to help others. My dog has an elbow injury and I ordered 3 different braces to see if they would work because I asked the vet if I should and she okayed it.This one seemed to be the highest quality, and actually for the elbow. Other braces say they’re for the elbow, but they’re really for the shoulder. This is a great brace if you need to completely immobilize the elbow joint without affecting the shoulder. This was the easiest to put on him despite the fact that he did not me to. I wanted a little support for my dog, but not to immobilize the joint.The strap is removable so it can be adjusted easily or be used without the strap. The side braces flex sideways so there isn’t too much support, but too much support for my boy.My dog is 63lbs with a chest girth of 28-29″ and fell into the measurement range of medium on the size chart. The medium brace fit him very well, though I did not take a picture of him wearing it because he hated it. It sat exactly where it was supposed to and the size fit well for both the elbow and the chest girth, though it didn’t really have room left once adjusted to him so larger chested dogs may need to size up, use a different strap, or no strap at all since it is removable this goes around the top of the dog and not around the chest so girth probably isn’t a big issue.

Not very useful
This item was not very useful. My pup hated it, did not fit right – it was not supportive whatsoever.Was able to return and received refund.

Stabilizer for shoulder
This product has been useful in stabilizing our dogs elbow/shoulder. We have a larger Portuguese Water Dog. Fit well and he tolerated wearing it.

Do not order Small Left
I ordered this brace for my dog. I ordered SMALL LEFT. I received a package labeled SMALL LEFT. I received a SMALL RIGHT. I returned and reordered. Again I ordered a SMALL LEFT, and received a SMALL RIGHT. I really liked the design and fit of this brace (I did try out on my dogs right leg). So for a third time, I ordered a SMALL LEFT. I again received a package marked SMALL LEFT, but the brace was a SMALL RIGHT. The seller has a labeling issue. If I could get the correct SMALL LEFT brace I could recommend. At this time I cannot recommend. I ordered a different BRAND/STYLE of brace.
