Really nice
I just received this vest and tried it on my girl. Fits beautifully and love the color. Easy to get on and off. It seems to be very well made. My husband even said how nice it looked. That’s big! She wasn’t bothered by it, especially after we did a lot of ooohhing and aaaaahhhhing with claps and exclamations of how pretty she looked. I am going to try it out during our morning walk tomorrow. She gets so hot even with frequent water breaks so fingers crossed this vest will make a difference. It will be immediately obvious. Unless it’s an absolute disappointment this is a keeper.UPDATE: This worked so well! We were in the southwest during the recent extreme hot weather and this kept my girl nice and cool. She was able to go outside without panting and feeling overheated. As the instructions suggested, I put it in the refrigerator after wetting it down and that seemed to really help. I definitely recommend this cool coat. Definitely recommend this cool coat!

Great for cooling
The cooling harness works like a charm, helps my boxer cool off quickly and we live in a desert, so it gets very hot. The only thing that isn’t great is if my dog backs up she can walk right out of the harness, so I can’t use it for walks.

No for us had to return
So my dog is kind of a long girl this bigger harness had longer straps but the back wasn’t any longer it wouldn’t fasten behind the chest and as a result it bunched up around the neck. Definitely not ideal. We returned it. No strap adjustment could fix it.

Not great for huskies
This vest might be fantastic for short-haired dog breeds but it was honestly useless when it came to cooling my huskies down in the Texas heat. The portable water bottle was a nice extra though. It works fine as a regular old dog harness, but since itâs marketed specifically as a cooling vest and it didnât do that for my particular breed of dogs I can only give it three stars.
