Excellent quality and IT WORKS!
We live in Phoenix AZ where temperatures are 110F+ are typical in the summer months. We have a Chi-Terrier who likes to hang out by the pool with us on these ultra hot days so weâve been looking for an effective cooling mat for a while now. We have tried gel cooling mats but theyâre not effective for this kind of desert heat, and they fail quickly. We found this mat and tried it today outside and it was a game changer for keeping our dog completely cool! The cooling pad folds in half so was easy to fit into our freezer and our dog took to it right away, itâs very cushy and she even slept comfortably on it, in a well shaded area of course while we took a dip, we were amazed! Very satisfied, WAY better than gel cooling pads! Highly recommended!

My Bernedoodle pupâs body runs hot and she loves laying on this cooling mat. It works and keeps cool for a long time. Her trainer was impressed and will be buying for her dogs. Very well made for durability and comfort. I highly recommend for all dogs.

Cooling for Cushing’s
My dog has Cushing’s which is syndrome that affects the adrenal glands. As a result and one symptom is that she gets hot and searches out cool floors. She seema to be getting stiff from always laying on the hard wood floors or tile. I bought a standard cool pad but it wasn’t enough so I saw this and tried. Although she still seems to favor the floor, we’re moving closer to acceptance. It’s still new to her so I may add more comments later but so far so good. She seems quite comfort and lays on it longer each time. There’s an owner learning cycle here too so as I more fully understand how this works for her I’m more appreciative of the pad. I just ordered and extra ice insert which will help me ensure the cool spot for her. It fits into a standard sized bed which I also appreciate because it allows it to look like part of the decor in the living room. Great instructings, easy and quick to assemble and great quality. She doesn’t chew so no issue but the pad exterior seems really heavy duty. So far this cool pad seems like a breakthrough for her. It should help with inflammation and provide a safe, supportive, comfortable and cool spot to relax and nap. She’s a 23 pound of Japanese Chin/Jack Russell mix and is 13 years young with plenty of energy so as she moves into her senior years I hope to make them as pain free and enjoyable as possible.

Great product but
Not might not work well with dogs who have mobility issues. Bought this for our aging dog to stay cool in summer heat since we donât have ac. She seems to like it okay, but doesnât step on it or lay on it because the outside cover is too slippery. Even trying to cover it with cloth, the cloth just slides right off when she steps on it and I think puts too much stress on her joint to want to lay on it or walk over it. I will say it works great for cooling, and since she doesnât use it, we do!

Just got a puppy in Oahu. He seemed hot and he was obsessed with our fans and our ACâd rooms.Iâve been desperate to make him comfortable out in the main areas of the house.I think this may do the trick.The design is impressive:+ There is an insulator on the bottom that makes sure the condensation doesnât pool and ruin your hardwood floor.+ The material is fairly true proof.+ The gel pack stays really cool even after the ice has melted.+ The ice pack is really easy to use and freezes quickly.+ I bought an extra so I can swap them.? There is condensation that forms on the top of the pack making it look like the park is leaking or melting. It freaked me out at first but itâs not a problem. Still giving five stars

Good but SWEATS a lot.
I bought this product because I live in Florida and my dog gets so hot. The only way to use it, though, is to wrap a towel around it because it sweats and gets wet pretty quickly and my dog was wet from laying on it and I was using it inside my vehicle so I put a towel down and put a towel on top of it. I wonder if it was filled with gel if they would last longer and not sweat as much? Just a thought

Our dog loves it!
Our pup, whose coat is mostly black, loves this cooling pad! We feel comfortable taking him with us on trips during hot weather knowing we can keep him cool in the car. Excellent product! Fits a standard size dog crate.

Cooling effect by freezing the water pack is not suitable for humid country like Singapore. Not viable as there is lot of condensation on the bed (pic). Otherwise quality is not bad, slight cooling effect with the water pads but not cooler than my marble floor. Sad as i really wanted it to work for my furkid. Manufacturer should also consider to make it bigger, as the size is awkward for typical mid size dog (getting 2 would be odd and too big).
